“I had to take my pick-up truck in yesterday (the day before Thanksgiving) to Kimberly Car City in Davenport for a broken license plate light. I only had a single day which I could take the truck in and had an appointment at 10:00 am. The Service Department was a beehive of activity with it being before a holiday weekend and a winter storm coming through. Yet the staff at Kimberly Car City was pleasant, efficient and took care of me as if I were the only customer in the shop that day. Kudos to Jennifer Moses and her crew! “Campos is a great place to have your vehicle serviced at. On the day that I stopped by to make my appointment, one of their mechanics took the time to look at the problem that I was having with the climate control on the driver's side. Most repair shops don't show that kind of attention, so this really impressed me! On the day of the appointment, they said it would likely be ready the next day, which was fine. However, they actually had my car ready that day, and that really impressed me. I will definitely call on them next time, and I highly recommend them, they're great!”

“My grandparents have been taking their cars to lindells for 30+ years, so when i needed my buick fixed i made the appt. I took my car in to get the air fixed and an oil change. When I got it back the car felt kind of off. I called lindells on the weekend and they called me right back and got me back in right away!! After they fixed some other issues, I had my car for about a week and then more problems started happening!! Its very frustrating and overwhelming when things go wrong with the car after I just had it fixed. Jake was understanding and asked me to come in so we can look at the car together. When he was diagnosing it he was thorough and explained what was working and what was not, showed me that my engine was fine which was very reassuring, and we were able to figure out what the main issue was. All stemmed from a faulty compressor for the air! He was able to get me in right away again and fix it. Jake was wonderful and compassionate to my issues and made sure to get to the bottom of the issue. Thank you so much Lindells!”

“Without question, Crash Champions in Davenport is hands down the absolute best collision body shop I’ve ever had to deal with. They helped with organizing an estimate with the insurance company, told me it would take 12 working days to have it all finished and then Steve and Mike called to update me on the process. It actually only ended up taking 8 working days and was updated twice during this time. GREAT communication and customer service!! There are definitely other businesses around that could learn and thing or two from them. Forgive me because I can’t remember their names, but the ladies at the front desk were fantastic to work with as well.
If you need body work done, don’t look anywhere else!!”
