He took care of the issue and even took the time to wipe up all the oil he could find on the underbody of my car. If we lived closer i would bring my cars here every time. “On my way home to Mo from IL I got an alarm on my car that my tire pressure was at a 12 psi. I knew this was a very fast leak because it hadn’t been that low earlier. I got stressed that I wasn’t going to make it home. I called Plaza Tire in Anna and asked if they could take a look at it and he was so pleasant and said yes bring it by and they’d take a look at it.I stopped and met Kenny who I believe is a manager he was so nice. I could tell he was in the middle of like 5 different things do I asked him and he shared that there were only two of them there and he was trying to get a bunch of stuff done and help customers.Soon after he came out and told me tire was shot and not repairable. He thoroughly explained my options and I decided that purchase two tires. They got me right in even though there were also other customers as well.Afterwards I commented how impressed I was with Kenny’s excellent services given how busy they were and all the chaos going on. He made a light hearted joke and said that the customers are why they are there. He was a lifesaver as I was so stressed about how I was going to get home if they hadn’t gotten me in.If you have any needs I would give this place my business any day!!Jeffery”

“They're more than just Experienced Automotive Mechanics! They genuinely care about people. My radiator burst on my road trip from Detroit to Texas. My sister and I were frantic and afraid and was unsure of how we were going to get home. They helped us find resources to get a new radiator. To ensure our safety, they also stayed 4 hours as we waited for AAA to tow us and take us to a local hotel. Randy & Daren (and their niece) were our guardian angels!”

“My husband locked his keys in his truck and one of Brad's employees was here in less than 30 minutes even though we told them it wasn't an urgent situation. They tried to contact one of their employees who was already out on a call in order to save us some money as well. They were prompt and professional and according to the reviews of locksmiths in the Marion and Carbondale areas Brad's saved us about $150 by using them. We have also used their towing services in the past and their rates are reasonable and again they were always prompt.”

Marion Toyota sold me a car with a bad engine and transmission, then tried convincing me, the BBB, and Toyota headquarters that I was ungrateful and wrong about my faulty car they sold me at excellent value, and refused to stand by the dealership warranty my car came with. Building a case with the Attorney General, I needed someone to take the time to carefully diagnose my sad car and I heard a lot of good about COAD in Anna, IL.
