I take all of my vehicles to Brad’s and they’ve never done me wrong! From a complete and total loss of a vehicle to a front end repair, they handled business and did it quickly!
A few years back I sold a Jeep to one of the employees. I lost my wallet a couple weeks before hand and checked everywhere for it! When I sold the vehicle, a couple days later I got a call stating they found my wallet buried under the seat… very honest employees! I had everything in that wallet and he could’ve easily not have returned it all, as I already assumed the wallet was gone forever but everything was there!!! Will forever be grateful for the honesty and integrity of the staff at Brad’s Collision.
About two months ago I put my car into a ditch with the snow and Brad’s Collision handled my insurance, the repairs and were very on top of making sure I knew of everything going on through the whole process! And not to mention the convenience of them offering towing services! After the snow accident they came and got me and took my car directly to their shop, saving money in the long run by not having to pay another company to tow me!
Brad’s Collision is truly the place to go for repairs! The place is clean, the staff are all nice, they offer free popcorn while you’re waiting, and they will keep you informed on any updates! If I could give 10 stars I would!

One of the employees by the name Derek at the Anna location likes to harass and threaten customers at other businesses and children, when calling the office to report him doing it on company time they say there is nothing they can do or give some other form of excuse. It’s been an ongoing issue regarding this employee for about 2 years now harrassing people while on company time and they allow that type of behavior when they say there isn’t anything they can do. Its very bad for business!
