$310 fee for sitting behind a computer for about 1 hour.Ended up owing the IRS more than I can afford after paying H&R Block fees.They DO NOT hire tax preparation people.They hire people that can ask you questions brought up on the monitor that don't have a clue.

Won’t use this office for taxes, last year it felt like an interrogation filing my daughter as a dependent as I’ve done for 7 years. A simple W2 and it cost 400$. They kept all my state when it arrived and I owed 30$ from my federal. It took awhile to receive my federal refund. I was sent many letters saying they would send me to collections for 30$ because they couldn’t wait for my federal taxes to be sent back. Pathetic you get paid when I get paid which is exactly what happened. Enjoy missing out on my next 30-50 years of taxes, settle down on your greed it just cost you a customer of 6 yrs and with that I say GOODBYE.
