Kroger is a well-organized store with a big selection of just about everything, from fresh produce and meats to home goods. It is described as clean and tidy, with a very nice selection of quality food and household products. The staff are noted as being pleasant, super friendly, and helpful, with good management. Checkout is also reported as being pretty good. The attached gas station is well-run with good access. However, some prepared food like sandwiches can have a meager selection and be sloppily put together, and there have been occasional issues with specific items like salads having poor quality. Overall, many find it completely better than other stores, with friendly staff and a one-stop shop for savings.

Great customer service! It's never feels overly busy and I hardly ever see a regular item out of stock. We'll kept store and prices are always updated to reflect current sales. Plus they have a great staff.
