I purchased a new 5th wheel from this dealership in August, 2025. I hired a transport service to take my trade 5th wheel to the dealership and have them pick up my new camper and bring it back to me. The salesman and the general manager both shared that once the deposit was secured they would get the camper into service and make sure that everything worked and that there were no leaks. This is where the lack of honesty, trust, communication, respect, all went out the window. My NEW 5th wheel camper arrived at my home with dead batteries, filthy dirty on the inside, bent door frame, faulty converter, dishwasher that was never tested for leaks, and the list goes on. The salesman never reached out after the sale to see if everything was ok. They ran and hid from the huge mistakes and lies they created. I have owned this camper for two months and am still waiting for these items to get fixed. I do have to say that the service department and office staff have been nothing but supportive throughout this entire disaster. I would think twice when it comes to purchasing anything from this dealership. They don't return phone calls, text messages, they only run and hide from their customers. They were only concerned about getting their money.

Great RV dealership to work with. All the staff is laid back, easy going and very pleasant to deal with. From Ryan our salesman, Cam the used RV manager, Buck the sales manager and Preston the business manager were all a pleasure to work with and highly recommend. No high pressure, super quick to respond to questions just good people! We drove 800 miles to trade in our 5th for a new MONTANA sight unseen and we'd do it all over again. Cam gave us an amazing trade figure over the phone, much more than 4 other dealerships! The entire staff was awesome! The guy tech that did our walk through and the gents that helped us move our mounds of stuff from the old to the new rig were great! As with any new rig there's gonna be issues, Tomi in service has been great to deal with as well. Highly recommend this place and when we're in the market again we'll be back! Thanks y'all for a great experience!

My husband and I were interested in buying a camper and Fun Town RV in Anna, IL was the first place we stopped to look. We had a great salesman that took us to see a few that were what we were looking for and within a few hours, we were new owners of our first camper. Best place to shop for what you're looking for and they also work on any issues you may have after the sale. Highly recommend Fun Town RV.
