I went to the ANNA post office at 130 pm Aug. 19 There were 2 employees just talking in area finally one asked what i wanted I said I want to check in these 8 packages I had put on counter. He said come back in 30 min as no one can scan them in we don't know how. I said the sign on door says open internet says open and your here? He said they didn't know how to check packages in that guys left for lunch. So i left my packages and said I would be back to get receipt. He said ok . I sat in car and then went back in and there's my packages setting on the counter that anyone could steal . I then seen lady way back and said do you think you could put my package out reach and then she moved my packages to the floor.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE if there's a lunch time your closed it should be posted on website and on door.

Atleast once a month I have to go on a wild goose hunt to find my “lost” package. My mail is always getting delivered to the wrong place or not at all.

The guy that works the counter with grayish fluffy hair and some facial hair is always very rude. I have seen him act this way with not only myself but others when I'm waiting in line. He is there representing USPS. You would figure with all of the ways to mail things now that he would try to give good customer service? Fire him and get someone in there that treats people with respect before you lose more customers.

I have a legitimate complaint, but the last time I said something the post master called my wife and yelled at her like she did something wrong... It's crazy out there.

Said my package was not successfully delivered because no access to delivery location. Keep in mind we have a pretty big driveway that has 2 ends to pull in or out of.. but we had vehicles parked in the middle so they didn’t even try since they couldn’t pull straight through I’m assuming but it is 100% big enough to still pull in and get out of without going through the other end so to me that’s lazy.. tried calling to see if I could even pick it up and its all automated and doesn’t actually put you in touch with someone??♀️

I'm going share my details with the post master general him self there denied me packages that I've paid for and I can prove in court law that they did not only they got hostile with me when I tried explain to them that they get paid to give me my mail not to keep me from receiving it sounds like power trip to me

My daughter expected a package today and there are two driveways to my house and my mail box is unobstructed. Mail lady was too lazy to deliver the package so she just put delivery attemped access unavailable to delivery location. This happens all the time. Our diplomas came bent, packages sent back to sender because she is too lazy to deliver! Not to mention she smokes in the vehicles with the mail and packages!

They always send packages or mail to the wrong address! Can people not read what the address is and where it is going to and make sure it is delivered to the correct address!

Pretty bad place . go fairly often and always seem to get an attitude every time i visit .have watched workers toss packages like they could care less .Have had confirmation of delivery, yet they cant seem to find my item.
Worst part is the constant attitude in the place .Really gets old.
