Definitely NOT a 24 hour gas station. Went there around 11:30 p.m. on a Saturday night, and was locked up and closed.

I was on my way to work in Milan and upon realizing, I forgot my work boots, I contacted my sister to meet me with them. Had there not been a Shell gas station in Annawan, there would be no hope in finding a suitable location to make the work boot exchange. I did also grab some gas while there. It went about exactly as purchasing gas has gone many times before. 10/10 would recommend this specific Shell gas station! Thank you Shell!

While traveling it's always nice to walk into a facility that takes pride in their appearance.
We had to make an emergency stop and the facility was well kept.
While dropping off the kids to the pool, I was in awe at the random water feature flowing from the toilet handle and then the tank lid.
I cut drop off short to investigate. After lifting the lid I found the tank full of water. I flushed to alleviate capacity to which the waterfall ceased.
I then realized why the toilet felt it was sinking into the floor and tile on the wall to my right was bowing and popping.
I tried to let the attendant know that if the toilet was not flushed periodically the tank would overflow, which was creating the bow behind the tile. She dismissively informed me she had a tankless tank therefore there was no water in her tank.
I tried addressing the situation so the situation could be addressed and the proper response could be made before the situation became bigger, but was met with denial.
By writing this review, at least it will be read.
A+ on the rest of the store I suppose.

"See clerk for receipt" AGAIN. I avoid this gas station as often as possible because of this. What a silly reason to lose customers.
