Linda is amazing to work with, she is always very quick to respond and is very helpful and professional. The storage space was very clean and well kept. Prices are great, No hidden fees all very straightforward.

I was looking to upgrade my storage unit to a larger size and wanted to move from Public Storage to a locally owned facility to support a small business. I used their website to check availability and quickly received an email from Linda asking about my needs. I replied within 30 minutes with the details, but it’s now been four days without any follow-up.
It’s disappointing because I prefer to support local businesses, but timely communication matters. I’ll be exploring other storage options in town.

When I signed the contract last winter, Linda said they have cameras and it’s very safe, etc. I left my RV there all last winter, went to check on it a few times and saw that the gate is left wide open day and night so no, it’s not safe. I picked up my RV mid July and it had a big scrape on the top part of the Rv…obviously some other RV scraped it. I called Linda 20 days later to ask her to go thru the camera footage since she said it tapes for three months and she refused. She said I had to give her the exact date it happened…lol…how would I know? That’s what cameras are for…just asked her to help me find who did it and she refused. Additionally I asked to cancel my rent on August 6th and she made me pay for all of August instead of pro-rating the fee. Scam all around and no your RV or boat is not safe at all and they will not help you with anything. Very disappointed.

I’ve had my camper here for many many years. Linda is great to work with. I highly recommend them. They have lots of options.

Very friendly and caring owners with great prices. I personally had trouble keeping up with my payments and the owners were more than willing to work with me. I highly recommend this business. A++

Linda, one of the owners saved my butt big time when I needed an outdoor space for a camper I have called everyone in a 25 mile radius of my house. Well I was just about to give up, I called I need a storage in, Linda answered the phone and I told her my situation we talked for quite a while and she informed me that they were making a new parking area in the back he had even finished yet but she offered me a slot there and I immediately grabbed one! Staff is very comfortable they're very courteous Linda has gone over and above to me as a customer and I greatly appreciate it she's wonderful great smile wonderful personality I plan on being there for quite a while. Come and check them out you will not be disappointed. Pricing is awesome 2 but you'll have to go over that with Linda have a wonderful day, enjoy!

Wow, wow, wow! The lady Linda who owns this storage unit is absolutely amazing! When we came to her we needed three storage units, but she only had one, so she immediately went and clean two more out so that way we would have the room we needed! If that isn’t impressive enough, when we went to pick up our stuff out of the three storage units our movers bailed on us. We were supposed to be heading to Florida the next day, but we had no one to help us. Linda and her boyfriend Wayne, did not hesitate to drop everything they were doing, including going out to lunch with each other, just to help us load our trailer and unload every single piece from our storage units! I was truly impressed with both Linda and her boyfriend Wayne, we had extremely heavy furniture, and again they didn’t hesitate to help us complete our task of trying to head to Florida the next day! We then offered to pay them several hundred dollars for helping us, and they immediately declined the money, and said it was their good deed for the day! Even though their good deed for the day took well over four hours to complete! You will not find a nicer person to work with, or a more understanding person to work with, or a more caring person to work with! And the prices are totally reasonable! Linda and Wayne or an absolute godsend to us, and an amazing blessing as well! I can’t say enough good things about Anita storage unit, in Antioch Illinois! YOU TOTALLY ROCK!

We rented 2 units here and had a great experience, no issues. The units were clean and the owner was very nice and accommodating. Would rent here again if the need arose.

Wouldn’t do business with this place if you paid me to. The lady who runs the place is a piece of work and just loves to hang up on customers and avoid phone calls (also mentioned in another review). ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service and she is just extremely rude and nasty. Dirty property, broken pull down doors. No cameras, no gate. Don’t waste your time!And since I can’t respond to the owners response I’ll add it here...Owners response:“Hello Sara, we require all of our customers to pay when service is provided. That same service was rendered to you. We are sorry that you feel we didn't meet exceptional standards. We do, in fact, have working cameras, and our doors work just fine. I also personally clean all units to ensure they aren't dirty. Again, we are sorry you feel this way. Regardless, tenants still have responsibilities to pay.”My response:If you had working cameras you would have known my stuff was removed like I informed you it would be. Instead you told me my locks were on there after the 1st of the following month. You charged me for an extra month and never sent me footage of my locks supposedly still on the lockers. That would have been impossible since they were removed before the end of the month so obviously that’s why I never got camera footage. You just wanted to scam me out of extra money and arbitrarily charged me for my 3 lockers an extra month. (As mentioned in another review you also scammed someone else out of an extra month) When I asked for a video that crazy woman kept hanging up on me. If your cameras work please forward the footage of my locks on after the 1st of the following month to my email.

I can't recommend this place to anybody. They've provided a terrible customer experience, never responded to any of my attempts to contact them. We rented a parking space for our RV. We were put in a gravel lot, poorly maintained, weeds everywhere, not fenced, no camera but full price. Also the electrical cable over the street that leads to the lot hang too low for our class A RV. We weren't able to use the lot as the RVgot stuck on the cables, but were charged anyhow and our termination of the renatal contrat was ignored and another month charged to my credit card without authorization. Stay away from this place!
