“Came in for an issue looking to get my account unfrozen and closed, 1-800 chase numbers and executive dragged their feet and refused to unlock my accounts even though I was the victim! But Sherry and all of the other staff were beyond helpful and polite, they did their best as a branch to apologize to me and make things right. Other Chase bank branches and executives should admire and look up to the Antioch location as an example of good bank customer service, especially Sherry for doing everything she could to do the right thing. Even though I was frustrated with chase I was not angered anymore after the service provided at this branch. They stayed open almost an hour just to make things right and I’ve gone to over 6 branches who were of no help. Thank you all so very much for your help, especially Sherry!”

“I came in today to have some of my savings bonds cashed out. The young lady had only done it once & did not remember 100% how to go about again seeing since the address on mine was different from my current. One of her coworkers immediately helped the two of us out & we got it done within 10-15 minutes. The girl was very patient & even though it was only her second time cashing our savings bond, I could tell she knew what she was doing once she started the process. The staff is very polite & more than happy to help you out.”
