“I went to O'Reilly's Auto parts store today. What a breath of fresh air. The men were extremely nice I was floored.
They helped me find the correct back wiper for my SUV. I was so thankful that I also bought two wipers for the front. They put all three wipers on for me without any attitude just nice and smiles.
Two days before I was at Auto store in McHenry they were just terrible. Not nice, acted like I was annoying them from the first walk in. Said they do not put wipers on the back windows at all which there web site does not say that also sold me the wrong wiper. Long story short Oreillys is the bomb. I will not go anywhere else if I need something for my SUV.
I know you will be very happy customer when you walk out.

“I went to O'Reilly's with a headlight out which a competitor said they couldn't help replace for me. Michael at the Antioch O'Reilly's said he would try to replace the headlight and he did! I was so happy!!!! I have been back several times now and always happy with the great service! Highly recommend!!!!”
