“I only had a small amount of work done by them, small things I could've done myself I guess, but on the other hand, no one could've done it like they did, as quickly as they did, as inexpensively as they did.
I look a little different and don't quite fit in easily in this area, yet when I was on the premises I felt cared about and treated as an equal. This is really important to me and contributes greatly to which establishments I frequent.
I also appreciated their expertise, their willingness to help and give me advice, some of which wouldn't have benefited their business monetarily.
I feel taken care of, and I'll be back soon to get some work done that they helped me diagnose.

I am Very appreciative of customer service and care and if I have any other issues that is the only place I will go I recommend everyone go to them first. Safelite, the glass doctor knows what they’re doing. The technicians are. Staff was very caring. I originally went to Safelite and they definitely had horrible customer service and did not care about my situation considering work. I will never go to Safelite again.”

Hoffmann Lock and Glass LLC did a fantastic job for the business I manage as the facilities coordinator. I reached out by email with a list of issues, and they responded very quickly with clear dates and times for when a tech would come assess the problems.
The technician arrived on time, introduced himself professionally, and thoroughly went through each issue. He quickly determined which doors needed replacement parts and which could be fixed with minor or major adjustments. We also discussed my ideal time frame for completing the work, and even though a part needed to be ordered, everything moved along smoothly.
Laurie kept in touch and scheduled the installation as soon as the part arrived. Mike and Rich showed up on time, just like before. Both were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and respectful throughout the entire process.
The whole experience was efficient, professional, and stress-free. I highly recommend Hoffmann Lock and Glass for any commercial or residential door and lock needs!”
