Today my account was hacked and I lost $700. Fraud Dept on the phone told me to go to the bank immediately and close my account. Drive 30 mins to the bank for them to tell me they were too busy to help me and they called 6 other branches-none of which even answered the phone. No one would address my issue. Meanwhile, overdraft fees are racking up because the hackers took everything I had and Chase will not refund it because they cannot verify it was fraud. No one to close the account, no one to stop the fees. Basically told me I am out of luck. And I am currently unemployed so that was my mortgage money from my unemployment check. I have NEVER dealt with this issue in the past when I had a fraud issue. And they told me if I closed my account, that I could kiss the $700 goodbye in my fraud claim. IF this is ever resolved, I will be closing the account and banking elsewhere after 14 years with the same bank. Sad.

Came in for an issue looking to get my account unfrozen and closed, 1-800 chase numbers and executive dragged their feet and refused to unlock my accounts even though I was the victim! But Sherry and all of the other staff were beyond helpful and polite, they did their best as a branch to apologize to me and make things right. Other Chase bank branches and executives should admire and look up to the Antioch location as an example of good bank customer service, especially Sherry for doing everything she could to do the right thing. Even though I was frustrated with chase I was not angered anymore after the service provided at this branch. They stayed open almost an hour just to make things right and I’ve gone to over 6 branches who were of no help. Thank you all so very much for your help, especially Sherry!

Needed help to get in my account which was locked out, it had to be on a desk top. I was told there is no one to help go to a library. This is after driving miles to get to that location in antioch

Jeremy, gets a huge kudos from me. I had to call with an issue tried phone banking and kit kept hanging up on me. I had tried another branch and they were rude and would not listen. I tried this branch and Jeremy not only helped me but was able to explain everything and made me feel at ease. if it had not been for him I would have pulled my accounts ... thank you Jeremy.
