Excellent customer service,not only that. But Mike the manager really cares and takes care of US Veterans.If you need a ride,they will take care of you.Reasonable and very professional.That review was from 5 years ago. Last week I rented a vehicle. If it wasn't for Christian ,the Antioch Store, manager . That guy was most excellent, professional and most outstanding customer service. Great Employee .Caring, understanding and reasonable. Due to his professionalism I will be a Enterprise customer in the near future, again.

Our car was totalled and Andrew came to our rescue. He found a car close to our insurance coverage. He picked us up and brought us to Enterprise. Andrew was always polite and considerate. We will use Enterprise for any future needs.

These guys are the best.I've rented here for years.I'm always amazed how well they handle selfish (entitled?) Complainers. Usually trivial stuff the agent has no control over. They keep finding good management for this store as managers move up and out.

These guys had my back. They took care of me, picked me, up dropped me off, no issues. I owed them $5 for the gas I used, no surprise fees. If in need around Antioch I highly recommend them.

Shane was the absolute best! He seriously stayed longer, helped us get through some issues we had and was very patient. He never once made us feel rushed and was very kind! Definitely recommend and he deserves a promotion!

Shady business practices - while returning a car from another facility the car didn't met their standards, though it wasn't our fault, the car was given for us in the same condition. They took the car, wished us a good day and later filled the claim on us..

wanted to take the time to shout out Glen and the rest of the team at Enterprise in Antioch. I have needed two cars in the past couple of weeks and he has gone out of his way to take care of me. there's deserves recognition.
