Jeremy is not a very reliable person when it comes to getting quotes. A lot of promises that he never kept. Communication skills are lacking. I had to initiate calls, emails and text messaging with him. Did not follow up with anything with me.

Jeremy spent time with me on the phone turning over every stone and utilizing every tool at his disposal to save me money. In the end he reduced my home and auto rates by over $1,100 annually. He also raised the limit on my auto policy for higher more comprehensive coverage. Jeremy is extremely thorough in asking questions in order to confirm you receive the proper coverage.I highly recommend that you work with Jeremy as he always goes above and beyond what you would expect from an insurance agent.

Talk about going above and beyond,Jeremy Esterl, our Farmer's Insurance agent, exemplifies customer service.Last night we had a sump pump failure, and we could not get our trusty plumber buddy, who we called at 11 pm, to return a call, or come out to our house. My wife, Maryam, and I used a shop vac to remove water from the sump pump basin pit, and walked buckets of water down to the curb outside. We did that for three hours and proactively removed hundreds of gallons of water before a potential flood in our basement. We were exhausted, because there was no end in sight. I figured we'd be up all night.My wife, Maryam, texted Jeremy, and at first, I will admit, I thought, what is our Farmer's Insurance agent going to be able to do?! We call him usually AFTER a disaster happens.Well Jeremy responded to my wife's emergency text at 12 am, got in his car, drove an hour to our house, and helped install a temporary fix, until a permanent solution could be purchased the following day when stores opened. Jeremy left our house at 2:45 am. He saved us!Forget a good neighbor, call Jeremy Esterl. He is dedicated to helping his clients, way above and beyond.

Jeremy really cares for his clients. The moment I requested a quote he called trying to get me the best deal. He took the time to get to know me and my situation.
