The WORST pharmacy within a 50 mile radius. By a LONG SHOT. Avoid this Osco Pharmacy at all costs. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But after three ridiculous interactions, it’s time to discontinue my use with this location. About 3 Weeks ago, I had a medication sent over by my GP. When I called the pharmacy, they said “We have the prescription, but we don’t have the full quantity, so it’ll arrive and be ready tomorrow afternoon.” Fine. However, by the time the next day rolls around, come to find out, my medication never arrived because they never ordered it. They simply put on ‘hold’ despite them having the full quantity on hand. The pharmacist who assisted me was incredibly rude, and didn’t apologize once. She filled it promptly and that was that. The second time, I had another medication sent over for nausea. The quantity prescribed was 30, so it would’ve been a full stock bottle. Despite me being in obvious distress and discomfort, they still told me it would be ready the following day. Mind you, I went the previous day at 10am. Lastly, I had two medications sent over today. So I walked into the pharmacy, asked what the wait time would be, and one of the technicians told me about 25 minutes, and that I simply had to wait on the text notifying me when they’re ready. I waited in my car for nearly 2 hours, never having received the text. By the time I walk back in, they quickly asked for my name, and then began filling it, never once giving a call to let me know it’ll take longer than expected. By the looks of it, this Osco does NOT care about you, or have your best interest and HEALTH in mind at all. The pharmacist with glasses and dark hair should NOT be working in healthcare. She doesnt acknowledge you in any way what so ever, and she even looks personally offended and annoyed when you try to ask a question regarding the RX you’re picking up. This pharmacy is a JOKE, and should be ashamed of themselves. You’re much better off going to the Osco-Drug in Spring Grove. It pains me to even give them ONE star.

I’ve been using Osco Pharmacy in Antioch for at least three years now if not longer. Everyone there has always been super friendly and super helpful with any questions that I have. Convenience wise, another location would probably be better for me now that I’ve moved but I still come here because I really like the staff. I had an issue with insurance and they did everything that they could to help me figure it out and actually were able to make a difference. I’m really appreciative of them, especially during the holiday when I was Expecting to be hitting dead ends with my insurance issue until after Christmas.

As all of my followers know, I try to be as honest as possible. I use a different Osco, and they were out of my medication. They told me to call this store as they had my medication and could fill my prescription. I called and was placed on hold for the pharmacist to check. The pharmacist comes back and proceeds to tell me how they only have enough for "their" customers........I reiterated to the pharmacist that I was an Osco customer with a current prescription in the queue......she then just hung up on me. My 1st time being treated like a 2nd class citizen by Osco Drugs ever......highly disappointed. ???

One of the better Jewels in Northern Illinois. Rarely out of sale items and the deli is managed well

I shopped at this location on 3/8 which was International Woman’s Day and was given this lovely tulip when I checked out. Five days later and it’s still beaming with beauty! Thank you Jewel!

The deli at this Jewel needs big time help. There are never enough workers at any time. Plan on waiting at least 20 minutes to get waited on. And why don't they separate the chicken counter so you ca. buy a bucket of wings quickly instead of waiting for someone to buy their 10 sliced deli items. Do you know how much money they could make on a $17 bucket of chicken instead of a 1/4 lb of shaved ham.

Good place with friendly staff. They always seem to be short on medication though because more times then not I get partial refills and have to come back for the rest day or two later.

Hadn't been to a Jewel in many years since they left my state. Stopped in to get a transponder from customer service, I noticed out of the corner of my eye, the most amazing display of produce and excellent specials! So the quick stop turned into a grocery stop with a cart.

I started using osco pharmacy after my insurance changed and I have been thrilled with the notification services, refill speed, knowledge, helpfulness, professionalism and friendliness of the staff in Antioch especially Shannon and Shay. Even my flu shots have been great!

I had a new prescription I was picking up. They substituted my meds, when it says on the script "Do Not Substitute", but every pharmacy messes it up so that's par for the course. They said they will not be able get the correct (not at all obscure) meds. Ok? Bizarre, but whatever. The real problem was the people working behind the counter. Very friendly and apologetic for not having the right meds, but one had a tiny bandana as a face covering that I could see her entire bottom lip and another waltzed back behind the counter and she was wearing no face mask at all. In the middle of a pandemic. When already immunocompromised people are relying on professionals to keep them safe. Sorry Osco. You lost me with one visit.
