sorry but i tried to do things right,your attitude sucks whoever you are.all you had to do was leave the gate code alone 1 more nite.i would of taken care of the remaining stuff.yes i left scrap metal for a scrapper.i left a 49.00 shelf for someone.i could not pay the rent that was raised above the 79.00 that is posted on your website.that is why i moved out as best as i could.deal with it cry baby.never using that place again.
4pm friday ,threatened with collections and big bill for a few items i could of gotten out if they allowed to enter after hours.but they did not.i took 99 percent of my stuff out.don`t give a crap.i left all the metal stuff,they could of called a scrapper dude.i am stopping on being nice.

i did get alot out.3 small loads.took alot of trash out.i would of gotten the rest of the stuff out,5 items left.not a whole shed.the scrap metal could of been picked up by a scrapper.that would of been gone quickly.i have alot going on right now.your employee was no help.will never deal with your kind.bunch of liars in my mind.

The manager Katie was so helpful while answering questions regarding what sizes i might need in order to store my things. I will definitely be storing here in the near future thanks to her kind welcoming attitude!

I’ve had my storage unit here just under 2 years and Jessica has been amazing! With life being to crazy I always forget to make my payment so almost every month she calls me just to remind me that payment is due so that I can avoid a late fee. Jessica is always pleasant to talk to. They are lucky to have her.

Great Storage Unit prices! This place is clean and well lit at night too. The manager Jess is very friendly and helpful. They also have Uhauls to use as well if I needed one. I like this place a lot!

Pam at Lake County storage has provided the best customer service around. She is always checking the property and always has a friendly smile. She has even called us on an occasion or two just to say Hello. I believe Pam truley loves her customers and has proven it by her actions. You will not be disappointed.
