My credit is not the best, so i know the process. Applied for something online, spoke with a rep named Shawn. Told him ive been down this road and do not want to come in an waste anyones time. He ASSURES me, multiple time that he has multiple banks that have already accepted my app and will get me lower then my current payment. I make the appt, go in, they have me fill out another credit app which i questioned immediately, they say "its just so they can have a hard copy" (because clearly in this day and age we cannot print from the good ol interwebs, then make me and my daughter wait an hour to say my rate will be triple and payment double, without ever talking to me about an actual vehicle. JOKE of an experience and the customer service rep and saleswoman are thieves.

i highly Recommend If your interested in a Jeep at this Antioch Dealership that you read the Review on the Internet and read the BBB Reviews Purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with a 3.6 Liter Engine in November of 2021. When I was in the Finance Office at the Dealership the Finance Manager recommended that I purchase and an Extended Warranty to cover the Engine andTransmission and Drive Tran since "all" used car were considered "As Is" I thought it was worth the investment and purchased the Extended Warranty covering the Engine and Drive Tran. Started having some engine issues with my car took it to Antoich Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Antioch and Frank the Service Manager told me they would have to do and entire Engine teardown to dtermine what was wrong with the car.He also indicated it showed in their system that I had and Extended Service Policy. They called the service policy company and I find out that their F & I Manager didn't even sell me an extended policy that would cover any mechanical issues with my car, it didn't even cover the engine or drive tran it only covered the wheels and rims. This was a total Rip Off. I went to talk to the General Manager at the dealership. His solution was for me to purchase another newer used car that would have a 5 Year Warranty. I considered the option, but backed out of the deal the very next day. I Did not want to rush into another purchase and wanted to discuss the transaction with business associates and that is when we went on the Internet and read the reviews. Also The Dealer wanted to steal my tradein since the check engine light was on and basically offered me fifty (50%) of the tradein value on my Grand Cherokee. Backing out on the puchase of the 2020 Grand Cherokee was the best decision I ever made! Anyone considering to purchase a new or used car from this dealership should check out the complaints from the BBB or even here. They basically lied to me about the warranty I purchased and after talking to other Jeep dealers I was told that these Extended Warranties covering the engine, Transmission and Drive Tran are additional profit centers for the dealership. I want the Extended Warranty covering the Engine and Drive Tran that I purchased when I bought my car. I was told that it was Theft by Deception. Have you ever heard of a Service Policy that covers the Wheels & Rims and would cost Two Thousand Dollars. AS far as I am converned Think twice and read the on-line reviews about this dealership before you become one of their victims.

I should have read the reviews on Facebook and Yelp before visiting this place. I purchased an 80,000-dollar dodge ram 2500 diesel. When I test drove the truck it had two key fobs. When I completed all the paperwork and signed the contract to complete my purchase the salesmen (Pete) hands me one key fob and says, "I don't know where the other one is located, I'll call you". He calls and says, "can't find the second key fob, it's on you to purchase one" and he gives me the number for a locksmith. Of course, I was pissed, but WAIT.... I was going to take my wife to this place because she wanted the new Grand Wagoneer (a 100K SUV) So, I'm all set to spend 180K at this dealership in less than one week. Needless to say, I took my wife to another dealership and she's now happy with her new SUV. As for Antioch Chrysler Dodge Jeep, I believe karma has a way of holding you accountable for your actions.

RUN FAR AWAY, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! My husband and I have bought not one or two but FIVE brand new vehicles from them since 2019. Always thought we had a good deal and were treated fairly but now, looking back after the way we were treated the past couple of days I have my doubts. We had bought a 2022 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk last year and, because we like to personalize our vehicles, added aftermarket lights to the underside of the vehicle in early January. A few weeks ago we noticed that they weren't working as they should so took them back to the shop that installed them and they immediately came out and asked if it had been on a lift because the lights and wires were crushed, frayed and portions of the segments were melted. The answer was yes, Antioch Jeep had it in later that month for a routine oil change. We called and talked to the service manager (Frank Raszkowski) yesterday afternoon and he told us to bring it out this morning. We drove an hour each way to have them look at it and come up with what can be best described as excuses for the damage. He said there's no way that their lifts could have done the damage so it must have been a result of a pothole or a speed bump. There was no discussion of how much it would cost to fix the issue (less than $300). We then spoke to Pete Hall who sat us down and said the same thing and basically threw up his hands saying "I don't know what to tell you." We feel like they didn't take responsibility for the damage they caused and didn't even attempt to make a good faith effort to fix the issue, basically felt like we got the big middle finger from them.

Worked with Steve in service here in Antioch. He was responsive, polite, and very patient! I thought my car was going to be in the shop for a few days, but it was only there one day! So happy!

if I could give this zero stars I would this place absolutely is no good. took my truck for service. they never fixed it truck keeps doing the same. they changed parts that were not needed. As I payed over $3k and still had the same problem and they ain't trying fix it. Worst place

My son filed bankruptcy in February 2022. Was having a hard time getting financing. Eric H bent over backwards to not only get him financing but he got him great financing and also no down payment and a 3 yr warranty. My son drove the car home same-day. Will be back ! Moms new best friend!

Went in today to buy a wrangler. Pete the salesman was very nice and helped me out and finance was smooth and easy. Jeremy explained everything to me and got me the best interest rate. Very nice guy and personable. I will be going back to buy another car in the near future from this dealerships. 5 stars

Truth be told I was a little nervous coming here fr service based on other reviews, but I am pleased to share that I had a great experience with the Service Department. They were professional and courteous. The waiting area was roomy and clean. The service was expedient and thorough. I was quite pleased and definitely recommend going to Antioch Jeep if you need service.

Worst service organization I have ever seen. Took my wife's new Wrangler to them to do a recall and to rotate the tires and they didn't tighten one of the lug nuts on her rim. Destroyed the rim completely and then took 4 days to get a new one in and fixed. They then tried to blame it on the vehicle...as if the wrangler forgot to tighten its own lug nuts. Then took my Ram there for a software update. Got there 5 minutes early for a scheduled appointment which I was told was needed to find out they didn't have a technician who would be able to look at my vehicle for an hour. No courtesy vehicles available. I took off work to be timely and they didn't even have someone available to help me. Worst experience ever. Don't go here! Ever!

The worst service ever!! Called for an appointment on a recall which was made for the following day. Upon leaving my vehicle, (never once at any point was I told that the parts were not available), I was told they would call when ready for pick up. Well that never happened after my 3rd call I was told that they were still waiting on the parts. I had to leave my vehicle over night only to be told that they had to take it to another dealership to complete the recalls! Still not ready and they have had it for 2 days, horrible service horrible customer service and horrible communication! Trust me take your vehicle elsewhere!!

My husband and I recently bought a new car from Antioch CDJR. I don't think we have ever had a better experience then we did with them. (Believe me we have many car buying horror stories!). We started the process online because we live about an hour away and they actually had a better selection of the vehicle we wanted then anywhere close by. We spoke with Jeff and he had everything ready so all we had to do was go in sign the paperwork and drive away with a brand new car. Jeff listened to what we wanted. No one pressured us to buy anything else. We will recommend Antioch CDJR to everyone!

These people are awful. We drove two hours and got preapproved to hopefully streamline the process and they kept us there till 10 at night with our infant, tried to charge us a totally different price than what I was told on the phone, turns out I was NOT preapproved, and they talked to me like I'm just a helpless woman who has no idea what I'm talking about when I've worked as a banker for years and probably understand much more about loans than either of them. Then they dicked around for the entire next day while I was waiting to hear from them. Total absolute waste of time, money, and gas.
