“When going to the Fox Lake, IL post office these days it can be a hit or miss regarding customer service. This week I was extremely pleased having met and had a wonderfully engaging experience with the postal associate at the counter. Natalie was incredibly personable while being a consummate professional serving her customers while developing a rapport! While we sometimes focus on the negative, it is important to acknowledge a wonderful experience also! Well done Natalie! My package was sent back due to my lot being "vacant" I just bought the house, however at the post office ofensia (dont know how to spell her name) was rude kept telling me she had already sent my package back to the seller, I kept explaining to her that just an hour ago I had received an email stating my package was being held at the post office to come in. My husband told me to go back and ask for someone's else help and I did. That's were Melissa was such a Good help she was so nice and she did get me my package! Thank you so much Melissa”
