Jonny & Jenn were very helpful in the front office. Car was brought in with damage to the hood. Jonny took the time to walk us through the process. Kept us informed throughout the whole process. Johnny and Jenny took care of us from our first inquiry until pickup. I always knew what stage my repair was in because of text messages. They even worked to have my vehicle serviced and a recall addressed while the door was being repaired. I cannot say enough good things about this place. They will treat you right.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Jonny Fry, the Body Shop Manager at Antioch CARSTAR, for his exceptional support a few weeks ago. He went above and beyond to help me fix a scratch on the hood of my car, which could have easily cost me several hundred dollars at a body shop. Because of his expertise and generosity, the issue was resolved quickly and at no cost to me. I purchased a used Jeep, that had the well known hinge corrosion. I thought it would be covered under Jeep's 5-year warranty. Turns out the vehicle was 6 weeks outside the warranty window. When I began getting estimates to have the work done anyway - I was stunned at the cost! Obscene, would best describe it.
I took the vehicle in to Carstar, and Johnny loojed it over and worked with Jeep to obtain a Good Will Workorder to cover the majority of the cost. He handled all of the coordination and communication and successfully negotiated a deal. They had the vehicle 10 days - and it came back absolutely stunning. The repairs were flawless, the paint is better than factory new. Johnny and the Carstar team really went the extra mile to help me get things right.
