I always receive the best haircut and the best customer service at this Sports Clips in Antioch! The stylists are professional, friendly, and really listen to what I want. They take their time to ensure I’m happy with the result every time. The shop is clean, well-organized, and the atmosphere is relaxed. I especially enjoy the MVP experience—it’s a great way to treat yourself. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a quality haircut and an overall great experience!

Be sure to keep all your receipts for at least a year; they're unwilling to honor my last cut on a Season Pass punch card. Manager was entirely unprofessional and unwilling to listen to anything but her side. I obviously presented a punch card with a still unused cut available. The hairstylist was dumbfounded by her greedy boss/manager. If I somehow managed to leave last time without getting a card punch, isn't that also their problem?

I was in today 35 min before they closed whoever the girl that cut my sons hair needs alot more practice ? before she's doing haircuts by herself... she kept asking for opinions from her co workers and all them just said looks good but na it did not.. wen I said my self I needed to be cut better she said no it looks fine and is not chopped up well it was.... but then she went in try to cut more of then came bck and blame it on my sons hair saying that his hair goes many different ways that he has cowlick all over his head yet no one else had problems before not even the fade not even at all definitely not going here again. Even the manager asked her she needed help she said no.. manager insted should of stepped in not asked

First visit to Sports Clips Antioch. I needed a quick haircut and Kelsy took me in immediately. I showed her an old photo of a previous haircut, and she went to work. 20 minutes later I was out the door. I am receiving favorable comments everywhere I go. Thank you Kelsy!
