So I walked in here with the most nicest greet ever and even ask me how my day we had a whole conversation about because I had harsh day and I came in just to change my screen protector and came with 2 new lines!!!!!

So my first experience was great the first time I went in to the Antioch IL location 3 guys that were there were wonderful, very nice, professional and helpful. They helped me with an insurance claim. It was about 3 PM on Tuesday. And I had the phone on Wednesday by 1 PM phenomenal stamdards verydifferent from how it used to be so I greatly appreciate that. However, our customer service has seemed to fall to the bottom of some kind of pit. And I understand that it is hard to find people who want to work, However they are your employees, or as I've been told your third party contractors.........because they don't work for T-Mobile, (this is an issue if the people you hire have no value as you as a company) .According to your employees who aren't really your employees.. The gentleman I am referring to was named Israel. I asked Israel to call customer service so that we could figure out why I am still Paying for a watch, I returned 4 months ago to your gurnee llinois location p.s which apparently they don't know what they're doing, either. They definitely knew how to charge me a restocking fee. What they didn't know how to do Would stop charging me on a monthly basis. I texted your customer support Through t mobile and she said she would take care of it, she was supposed to remove insurance the watch and credit my acctThat however did not happen and when I noticed I was paying again I was in your Israel told me he couldn't find my phone number to the phone.... even though It is It is the only apple thing on my phone bill. So I opened the bill However, opening my bill is where I saw that I still am paying for the watch which is where I asked a Israe to do it in store so that I had more proof because clearly me going to a store didn't do itme calling and texting T-Mobile chat line didn't do it so I wanted to do it in the store on their phone with your customer service while there was an employee there but. But he told me he couldn't do that for me. This was all added and extra stress that I didn't need. It is now Thursday. I had to sit in my car yesterday for an hour and a 1/2. Sweating to do the phone which wasn't even done right now. The lady on the phone was much nicer. But the number was supposed to be changed. And it's not so now I have to go back to the store. Anyway I live in Antioch. And I don't appreciate the fact that I can't even go to the Store. That's in my Hometown. Because one of your employees thought it was a better idea to kick out your customer.Yes, I also lodged a formal complaint against him. Because my information was also left open. The lady I talked to for an hour and 10 minutes over the phone almost at the end of our conversation. Told me the store still had my information opened. Mind you. This is an hour and 15 minutes after I left the store and my information is still opened. Sitting on a counter that anyone can see.. I went into the store and asked the Israel to close it he argued with me that it was. He also claimed he was the assistantmanager... Something I also found was incorrect. That's my personal information, and there shouldn't be a single reason he left it open. I now need to deal with the phone number and I need a screen protector something I can't do online and i'm stressing out about going to your antioch location where I live... And I most definitely shouldn't have to drive an hour out of my way round trip to go to a different store.

The employees at this location are amazing! My family and I have been in multiple times the last few weeks as we’re switching providers from AT&T. We’ve worked with at least four different people and each time was a breeze! Kurt was great at explaining all the different options that were available to us and how to go about getting the best deals. Israel was amazing when we came in tonight to transfer our phone numbers and data. He was through and very patient as we had four different phones to switch over. I would highly recommend requesting to work with Israel! I just hope the service is as good as their customer service!

T-mobile is a scam if you signed up for a free phone promo in the last 2 years. There is a good chance that they added it to your plan and started charging you for a phone that was on your plan. T-Mobile is now changing there terms and conditions so you can't file a class action lawsuit with them they are now going to be able to sweep crimes and accusations under the rug without you knowing. By signing you u for a free phone then making you pay for it makes it look like more people on signing onto T-Mobile artificially driving up there market value. T mobile also refuse to print contracts or terms and conditions when you sign up. You have to agree and sign everything on there website. The same website the have access to change whenever they please. That means they can change your plan,terms, and contract all without your knowledge or permission

Store manager Kurt was able to fix an issue that was unresolved since the sprint merger. Jairo was very kind, patient, and understanding. This store restored my faith in T Mobile.

Absolute terrible customer service. The store manager Kurt, became so frustrated trying to get an issue resolved over the phone with T-mobile, he began yelling at me telling me he would no longer help and told me to resolve the issue on my own. I provided proof, that he accepted but still could not get my issue resolved. I spent over 2 hours at the store with no resolution. I have make multiple calls and have work tickets opened with no resolution after months of trying to get this issue resolved. I am looking into switching to another company. Will never use T-mobile again.

I went in today with my dad to trade in his phone to upgrade and had a lovely experience! Israel the store manager and hunter we’re a great help and made everything very understanding and also didn’t make me dread going to the phone store ? go t-mobile in Antioch!!

Isabel and Isreal are the best team duo ever! They are incredibly knowledgeable and helped me clearly understand about upgrading my phone from Sprint to Tmobile. I asked all the questions I had and they were more then happy to help answer and break it down on paper for me so I could visually see the numbers of what I’m truly paying for. Thats all I could ever ask for! Is for someone to help me understand and be excited and proud to do it. They are great! Truly. The best phone service employees I have ever encountered.

The employees there are great they go above and beyond. I was having a hard time getting my Iphone fixed and they helped me tremendously. I would refer them to any of my family and or friends. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you again to T- Mobile in Antioch
