I made an appointment with ease. Staff is amazing. Dr. Nemeh is new to the walmart Antioch dental but not new as a opthomologist. He is so experienced and offers so many suggestions for contacts. The amount of time he spent with me was incredible. Dr . Nemeh made sure I had the best vision when I left the office. I highly recommend Dr. Nemeh for your vision needs.

Saw O.D John Nemeh for my annual exam and contact Rx. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to double check the fit of the contacts. Because of this he caught that the lens wasn’t sitting correctly and adjusted the Rx. I’ve been to 3-4 vision places over the years and I promise this was the best experience I’ve ever had. 100% coming back as long as O.D John Nemeh is there.

Typically had good experiences here. Last time my prescription was off a lot so when I went online and ordered my glasses it was like a magnify glass.

This week I attended a comprehensive eye exam at Walmart Optical in Antioch IL. I was surprised at how much time and how thorough the exam was. O.D John Nemeh, was highly professional, explaining all procedures and answering my numerous questions. In addition, he offered different opinions and recommended what he thought would be best for me. I also found the staff to be kind and very knowledgeable.

Bad place go to is the antioch vision center go to Gurnee they care about their customers. When my mom went to the Walmart vision&glasses in antioch Illinois location. She had insurance that showed gurnee location so they wouldn't take my moms insurance even dough their the same company. So we went to gurnee and they said the same thing I said why didn't they just put it through the insurance would of paid it.thats like telling people oh I bought a item at a different Walmart. So I cant take your return at this location. My mom has been going to the antioch location for her glasses for years never a problem. They always took her insurance and got paid.i know they have new employees there that have no clue what they are doing.its time for the corporate to get involved and find out why they are getting bad reviews. They don't even deserve one star.trust me go to gurnee Illinois you will walk away happy and treated much better gurnee gets 5 stars? ? ⭐ ? ⭐

would not fill prescription last year during pandemic. was told we had a year no phone call reminder to let know a year was coming up. Lost $75.00 for prescription. I live and work everyday with a lot of things on my mind it's called a courtesy call.

We have been here a couple times We like the doctor and couple of the staff members but one lady who works there named shirley was very rude seems like she hates her job not very helpful at all. besides her the vision center is ok

Called to make my appointment, found that there were a good deal of openings. I didn’t have my insurance info at the time and i said I’d call back; ended up forgetting but they called me and I was able to provide it then. I was very nervous going in with covid but was very put at ease with their cleaning, sanitizing, distancing, new pens, and temp checks. I was also very happy with Dr yang (?). She was amazing. Seemed to be very thorough and knowledgeable. She told me what the lines on my contacts are after wearing contacts for years. I didn’t find any frames that i cared for but someone cleaned each pair before i tried them on which i fully appreciated.

Rude, unhelpful, no customer service skills, Tried taking my 12 yr old daughter in for her first pair of glasses. Got hounded about insurance WHICH I have and handed over. Then the lady got upset and seemed flabbergasted that I did not want to purchase sun glasses for her. She was rude, and her attitude and huffing and puffing was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. Called to speak to someone regarding this and how I would be able to have someone else help me next time I bring my daughter in to bypass this situation and person. Whoever answered the phone was just as unhelpful as the women who attempted to assist the first time.

I have had lots of vision exams from different opthomologists and optometrists and this was by far the best exam I ever had. The Dr. was very informative and she gave me lots of information and empowered me to make my own decisions regarding my need for cataract surgery. She took her time in explaining various things to me. Beyond being an excellent eye doctor she is a very compassionate and caring person. I highly recommend her to others and she'll definately be my eye dr. In the future.

Spent a long time there. Everything during the ap was fine and satisfactory. This morning, woke up with some sort of infection. Haven't changed anything. Only thing different was I got an exam there yesterday. I called and was told “you certainly did not get it hereâ€. I explained how it wouldn't have been anything else as nothing has changed. She proceeded to argue with me and the. Goes “ok, so what would you like us to do?†I'm like idk this has never happened before. Then she goes “well we'll have to call you back. I'm with someone and don't have time for this right now†pretty unbelievable to me.

I called and talked to a helpful young lady to ask if they could repair my son's glasses he had broken earlier in the day. She said bring them in to look them over. They took his glasses right in and within 15 min. The glasses were repaired and myself and my 10 yr old stress over not having glasses for school quickly faded. Very pleased with everything from customer service to quick response. We will be purchasing his next glasses from them. Good job! Sincerely Jason L.

The woman I dealt with was rude, unhelpful and left me totally at a loss. After browsing frames for 15 mins. I was finally approached. I tried to schedule an exam with or with out insurance, whatever was easier and faster. She had zero customer service skills and told me "there is nothing I can do for you". She had a doctor's white coat but, wasn't capable to even schedule an appointment. Don't waste your time!
