Thriving Thistle is a super cute bistro, market, spa and gas station all in one location. I thought the menu had a lot of nice selection of both lunch and breakfast meals as well as coffee and other nice drinks. I thought the food was very flavorful. The attached market had a lot of taking go items you can eat at home and also home decor and clothing items.

My first visit to the Wellness Center was great! Dr Emily and Ashley were super friendly and knowledgeable. Other clients were also very welcoming to me as a first time visitor!

omg omg omg!!! stopped here for brunch while camping at the apple river canyon state park and lemme tell you: this place greatly exceeded expectations in every single way!! right away, the waitstaff was so so friendly. it brought such a homie feel to the place. and! the food! was so delish!!!!! the main dishes were great, but the highlight was definitely the fries. very very reasonably priced and great portions as well! if i lived in apple valley, you can bet your bottom dollar I’d visit thriving thistle market every gosh darn day!! :DDD

I had an amazing experience here the service was top notch everyone was kind and gentle I loved the food and the wellness center was so welcoming even the gas station was bubbly and bright I loved the energy!💕

I visited for breakfast with my kids based on some of the good reviews; sadly, we had a pitiful experience and will not be back. With only half the tables full, it took near an hour before all of our food came out to us. Our server tried to deliver our food to several different tables before she realized it was ours. The eggs were burnt, and we were missing an entire order. I had to inquire twice as to when the missing plate would arrive, which resulted in the cook and server arguing over my missing dish for all to hear. When the missing pancakes finally arrived, they were underdone. In the end, we paid a lot of money for a long wait and food that was either overcooked or undercooked.

Went to the thriving Thistle today and was seated and after 10 minutes did not get water coffee or even order and there was no one in the place. Completely disappointing. Walked out.

Having just read the comment about rude staff, I have to rebut that. During my visit the staff was pleasant, accommodating, and gave my friend and me plenty of time to look at the menu. The lunch and smoothie I had were excellent. I will definitely be back.

I love the positive energy I feel from everyone as soon as I walk in! They offer many wellness services by highly knowledgeable staff and services that is hard to find in my area. The store area sells a variety of items and food. The bistro offers a menu with a lot of yummy options. They carry items local to Thriving Thistle that can't be found elsewhere. I highly recommend Thriving Thistle!

This was my first time for massage at the Wellness Center. Damon was very informative and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!
