Store was closed 5 minutes early. Missed out on a $20 doordash order. Employee blatantly ignored my attempts to see if I could get this order that was already payed for. I just needed to grab it and leave. Poor service that cost me money.

Casey's has very good breakfast food, the store was well stocked and clean.
The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

This Gas station only has 87 unleaded. No other options at all.
You also can NOT pay at the pump, you HAVE to go inside and prepay.
This is the third Casey's I've stopped at on this road trip that has been less than sub par. Don't know if the quality of the chain itself is going down, or if I've just been super unlucky.
There are also stocking issues with lots of items missing from shelves, though this is a supply chain issue and not the store's fault.

Born and raised in this town, graduate 1991, been gone since yet recently moved back. I thought I would try the pizza that was advertised on tv, versus Monicals in town. We ordered for take out, and ordered large thin crust, as advertised on tv get 20% off, however were told they ran out of large. So we did 2 mediums instead. As we were paying for our 2 medium pizzas, again as we were told they have no large available that they were out of large, I asked to get compensation for 20% off the medium instead since they didn’t have large available. The guy in the back, wish I knew his name, which I will get tomorrow when I go speak to the manager, came up and said that the 20% off is on the large only. I said you don’t have large available as you said you were out of it but normally have it. I asked for the 20% off medium then, and he said “ I will do it this time but next time you order I won’t” I said “it’s not my problem that you are out of large and his exact response was “it’s not my problem either”. I said ok no worries, I was upset at that time, and said I will pay full price no problem but will leave a review. Upon paying, a nice lady behind counter tried sliding me a free large one topping pizza coupon to me. I told her I don’t need a hand me out. All I wanted was what I ordered to be honored. Little do they know, our family knows almost this entire community. Lack of respect and disrespect doesn’t get you far. Trust me, the little bit of money it would of saved me won’t break me, it’s the point of piss poor customer service that this world has come to and the “entitlement” this generation think they deserve.

Dirty. The drink area looks like none of it has been washed in a long time. The bathroom has toilet paper wrapped around the toilet. Lid of toilet, seat, all around the seat are disgusting, floors and sink area are gross. All Employees were huddled up in the food area .... this place needs a good cleaning before I'll ever come back.not my go to any more

Just ordered a pizza using my free coupon. last time we did this husband went to pick it up. They said no one ever placed an order. Now I sit here and wait 15 minutes for a bacon cheeseburger with pickles on half and when I go in to pick it up, they tell me there are no pickles. I would think they should contact the person before they make the pizza the way they want to instead of letting me know that something would be missing. I would have ordered a supreme instead of the bacon cheeseburger but now I’m stuck with this. So tired of it it never ends in Arcola they are always messing the orders up. I am literally going to make a point of telling everyone to not go to Arcola Illinois for pizza because it will not be correct!

ordered from there today. went in to pick up my order lady at counter was eating a donut at register never said a word to me but continued to eat her donut. then when I asked for a bag she acted like it was a burden to get me a.bag to put 2 bottles of water and wings in.

None of the employees knew how to make a sub sandwich… we waited at the counter for someone to help us, no one did. So after being ignored, I asked for someone to help us and the two employees who were working said they didn’t know how to make subs… Seems like there’s a gap on training.

We are traveling and had to stop for gas. We decided to stop at a Casey's because they usually have a decent deli. This gas station turned out to be a little off the Interstate. First stop was the pump but apparently you have to pre pay or else they weren't paying attention that we were trying to pump gas. There are Two Bathrooms which are gender neutral. I like that but the one I was in could have been a little cleaner. They have a small deli which we thought was great until we ordered our sandwiches. The employee making our sandwiches was very friendly. I think he was kinda embarrassed that the sandwich fixings were not very fresh. I asked for lettuce on my wrap and when he uncovered it he container the lettuce was brown. He apologized and said he would chop Some fresh lettuce. He also stated that they didn't have anyone in the store over the weekend. I think he was alluding to the fact That they weren't busy enough to have fresh sandwich toppings. I declined any lettuce. We already waited while he got a tomato to slice up. At the time I thought there wasn't any but am now thinking the tomatoes were not good either. I got onion and black olives and decided to stop right there. As he was making my wrap I was Looking over the counter area where the toppings were and with the dried up crumbs it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for days. Gross. BUT, the sandwiches were Tasty. My husband said his bread was fresh and what My perception is that management needs to step it up. There seemed To be plenty of help in the store that someone should have been able To authorize a gas pump right away and the deli should be wiped down every evening. Same with the bathrooms. We were there around 10:30 am on a Sunday and it was not Busy to have a garbage in the bathroom over flowing with paper wipes. Put some sparkle back into your store! This is probably one of the least clean Casey's that I have been in.
