This place is a joke, went to get a card and it said dollar and then go to pay it was 2 dollars they are such ripoff not just card eveyrthing you get has different price on shelf where are the management to do the right things and fix the problem I hate this store never go unless I have to.

It's a Dollar General. Not particularly worse than any other Dollar General I've been to. Just understaffed. I don't think I've ever seen more than 2 people working there. And regular employees are unable to remove an item from checkout, whoever has the keys has to come do it. Not an issue with this store specifically, just DG in general.

Everytime I go into the dollar general store in Arcola, there is never anyone around the front cash registers. They only open the card only self checkout so if you pay cash you have to wait for someone to come from wherever they are at. I was at the front register for 5 minutes before anyone came up and that was after I yelled into the stock room help was needed up front. Either hire more people or make sure there is always someone at the registers. There were 3 people left before someone came to help.

It's always crowded with unpacked boxes lining just about every aisle. You have to literally push pallets to get what you need. Yes, severely under staffed and they are patient with customers.

It's not this places fault. Dollar General has gone woke and cancelled My Pillow by Mile Lindel. So, because of this fact I no longer will shop at another Dollar General ever. Go woke go broke.

Usually has what you need but frequently out of what you want. Usually only has one lane running even during massive rushes. The old IBM computers they use crash and fail a lot, and don't use your card if you don't want your data stolen
