Towing near Arcola, IL

“Our Family of 4 plus 3 dogs and a boat limped into Arcola Automotive off the interstate. We knew something was wrong as we lost pickup with the engine. Nino was very helpful, provided a diagnostic review and gave us his expert opinion. We successfully made it home, took our vehicle to our local automotive shop where they confirmed exactly what Nino advised. Nino saved us a very expensive tow and provided his expert opinion to give us peace of mind for the journey home - just had to drive under 60 and back roads but made it. Thanks Nino.”

“Jeff was sent out from my roadside assistance. He took care of us to get us off the interstate and took us back to his shop to complete the repairs and get us back on the road. Thank you Jeff!”

“I broke down outside of Tuscola on I-57 at 2:30AM. I limped my vehicle in and asked at the gas station if there was a preferred mechanic in town. The lady told me Bob’s did all of her services and told me how to get there. The mechanics showed up before they opened, and I told them that I was six hours from home and needed to get back. I told them what was happening, and they immediately had some ideas of what could be wrong. They gave me an estimated time they would be able to look at it since they had an existing appointment. I waited in my car, and they got me in before the estimated time. They diagnosed the check engine light and gave me an estimate of cost and time to repair. It was very reasonable for both time and price. The mechanics were able to get me back on the road, heading home faster than I expected.”
