Drove over a mile off the freeway on fumes at 10:30pm to find Casey’s closed a half-hour early. I was a woman traveling alone with a small child, and the false hours listing could have caused me an emergency. Thankfully I had enough fuel to limp into Decatur. A gas station in an area this rural is an essential service. Please tell the truth about your hours, and keep them updated.

We stopped here while coming home from camping. It was generally clean. Cashier was more interested in his phone. A guy was pumping gas outside and cleaned my windows for me. A little strange that from the freeway that there's a gas sign for Casey's but then it's like 3 miles down the road?

What I’m the world is going on with the hours? Says open until 11pm yet always closes at 9pm lately causing confusion & disruption to our everyday working/regular scheduling. I’m not complaining because we enjoy ur local Casey’s. They used to be there for us (Community) However lately we slackin fam.. Y’all need me to come cover some hours? Lemme know if I can help? Love tha pizza & Swisher sweets ? 2024 gon be both our year Baybeeee ?

My grandson & I were looking at x-mas lights & stopped to get hot cocoa. There weren't any signs saying out of order and it sprayed stream of VERY hot cocoa outward from face to waist!!! The cashier saw it and said she thought "he has fixed it, hadn't cjed it herself ",didn't have a towel or anything to offer him, j " sorry". It burned and ended what Was a nice time. This was Casey's in Argenta , Il, so be careful.

A cat that has been around there for years got ran over and the guy ran it over twice and nobody at Casey’s did anything! How ridiculous that is! That’s a felony you guys are pathetic!

So Rude!My husband I am just came in (02/20/23 at 4:50pm) to exchange a propane tank. Before we got to the store, we called to make sure they could exchange a tank and ask for the price. A woman answered the phone and said they do exchanges, but didn’t know the price…my husband asked he she could find out the price and the line just goes silent. Assuming she went to check the price, we waited. She came back to the phone with the price. We drove up there and my husband went in. He paid for the exchange and the cashier tossed keys on the counter in his direction. He assumed these were keys for the propane cage and that he would just have to get it himself…was the cashier being lazy or is the propane cage locked for no reason? I’d almost we willing to be the first option. He comes out and exchanges the tanks and goes back in to give the girl the keys. She manages to be able to look away from her phone for two seconds while he hands her back the key. She tosses them on the counter and goes back to her phone. My husband says thank you, but her phone was more important than her job and she didn’t speak back.You are in customer service and can’t speak to your customers? You work front facing customers and you can’t get off your phone? We’ll drive 5-10 miles in the opposite direction next time and go to a different business.Cashier was a large female with dark hair.

Small town business that is certainly trying its best to minimize financial impact to the customers at the pumps. At first, they seemed to be leading the pack but after a few price adjustments, they have settled in pretty reasonably.
