Came for a International driving permit was in and out in 20 minutes as opposed to the Skokie location which turned me away due to coming in 1 hour before they close even though they had 1 customer at the time.

They need more people working up front. You shouldn't wait over 30 minutes to get help or even be acknowledged that you are there waiting.
