Never going back to the dealer , it feels like being robbed . Had them check out what was wrong with my window as it wasn’t closing all the way and they told me one thing which I agreed to and and then later it needed more work done . These people don’t know how to do their job and I’m paying for their mistakes or their lack of knowledge while they charge $200 an hour …I tried talking to someone about this but they just tried to blame it on me and like I’m stupid or something because I’m a woman maybe. They should of been human about it and maybe try to be reasonable

I took my Car for service this weekend which I bought from the same dealership. As I was shopping for a second car, I asked for help while waiting for the service to be completed. I have not seen any enthusiasm in sales team to show the cars or explain details when I asked for help (I felt kind of ignored / show no interest to this guy). The service person was very polite and helpful, however when the car was returned to me it was not washed, So I requested, and they took the car back for washing but to my surprise it was returned partially washed.I might have built high expectations about the customer service at Arlington Heights Ford during the Car Purchase. In this trip I am very disappointed, it may be just my experience or may be a bad day. Wish good luck for the team there to improve some of these minor setbacks.

If I could give these guys a -14 rating I would .I have had two oil changes and routine service now back to back that have cost more than they should and I have left the shop disappointed and appalled at what happened both times. Two things you need to watch for when bringing your car here1 . Check your receipts -make sure the figures add up. Make sure there isn’t some fictional charges added to your account.Or check to see you’re not paying for something you didn’t ask for. They claim they do a multi check inspection but twice now I have left the shop while they haven’t checked my lights (the one in the picture isn’t working and I informed them when checking in)2. They will steal anything of yours that has value. They stole a $30 scratch ticket that I hadn’t scratched off yet (hope the thief won)It is shameful and shows the kind of reputation they are trying to nurture out here .Please if you can avoid this shop!!!

Justin from sales was spectacular! Managers were very aggressive. One manager told me I couldn't hold onto my cash for a down payment until I got to see what financing was available. I would still recommend this place to others if you can keep the management involved to a minimum.

I went into AH Ford today to test drive a new Edge. The internet price was pretty good. When the sales person and manager gave me the price breakdown sheet, I was pleasantly surprised to see they actually honor their internet prices. However it seemed to me they charge more in dealer fees than the average dealer, so I asked about that, and I also asked about a "silent security" fee of $500 that was on my quote. I was already getting anxious to leave at that point and the sales manager did a poor job of explaining this "feature" to me. You'd think if they installed a 500 dollar feature on the car they would've shown me that during the test drive. Now I'm no expert, my guess would be that they think first time car buyers have the word GULLIBLE written on their foreheads. It wouldn't surprise me if this try and pull this scam on old folks too. All I'm saying is beware because they are probably advertising a little above their profit margin and every couple hundred they can tack on above that just lines their pockets more. I was surprised no other reviews mention this silent security add on, and I did some research on it to. This is allegedly supposed to help identify your car if it was stolen. It provides no insurance discount (that I'm aware of). It certainly is not worth 500 dollars.Other than that the sales people were alright. Little pushy. The dealer still has better prices than others around. I just think the low prices are to get you in the door.

In the saga and anticipation that comes from ordering a Bronco, this was the only dealer that was upfront and willing to take the time to get it done right. I worked with Elliott Reichel who from start to finish, made sure to be in contact and keep me in the loop and try to make my out of state purchase as smooth as possible. Sure there were bumps along the way but he was dedicated to getting any issues resolved as soon as our time differences allowed. I type this as he currently washes and preps my beautiful Hot Pepper Red Wildtrak Bronco to be picked up and shipped to me in Alaska. Highly recommend you reach out to him if you are local or looking to purchase out of state. They seem to have the inventory and means to order vehicles to your exact wants and didn't try to talk me out of things just to try and get the vehicle sooner. I appreciated that. My only regret is that I wasn't able to fly down as originally planned to pick it up and shake his hand.

Once you drive the car off the lot you’re it seems like you’re on your own. Bought an f150 and have had problems within a week and a half. I didn’t buy a warranty but was also told many times how the truck passed their full inspection and was ready to go. Check engine light went on and the purge valve was bad. It also has a bad rumble intermittently that sounds like a bad torque converter after research. They said they couldn’t find anything wrong with that after their diagnosistics and test drive. So after 2 weeks I had to pay $600 for a purge valve and am possibly gonna be paying a few thousand more for the torque converter/trans when that goes out. Wouldn’t help me cover the costs and wouldn’t even get me a loaner vehicle I had to pay for one of their rental cars. Sadly I thought I had a good buying experience and was gonna go back to buy my wife a new expedition. After I seen they couldn’t even help out a customer for buying a faulty truck I won’t be going back

Dont believe that "family dealership, we take care of our customers" pitch. Once you drive the car off the lot it seems like you're on your own. Bought a car in June, 2020. It had 1,284 miles on it. I was told by the salesman (George Sarkisian) that since it had those miles it came with an automatic extended warranty of 42 months/42000 miles instead of the usual 36 months/36000. Ok, that and the 0% financing sold me on it. Recently took the car in for a factory recall and noticed a piece of my car was missing. Told the service department person (Justin) who was super nice and efficient that my car had the extended warranty. He looked at my account and said no u only have the 3/36000 and your warranty expired. I specifically remember telling the finance manager about the warranty and he changed it to what I was told. Suddenly, they don’t have it. It’s unfortunate, because they pride themselves as family owned. Oh well. Car is great though. Only 31,000 miles on it. Only reason I give this two stars, and not one is because their service department is top notch. Incredible customer service and efficient. Can’t say the same for the sales department. My son just got into an accident yesterday and we need a new car and I thought about AH Ford and then remembered. It’s unfortunate. However, I still really like the car I bought from them over 3 years ago, just wish I wasn’t lied to about the warranty. But in the end, it’s my own fault I guess. I trusted a salesman. Haha

I took a day off and bring my whole family in ( buying for my dad ) and when I came in the guy named Jeremy took me ( looks lazy and no Custumer service skill ) and tell me the car I want sold . I was very upset and left immediately with my family . There is no next time here with my whole family and generation and my friends . You gotta do better than that .

JERRY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A SCUM BAG.This service department seems to be very shady. I brought my truck in for service with a $500 deductible. The advisor named Adam called & ask for permission to tear down my transmission under warranty. I gave him the ok. 1 week later I received a call from his supervisor Mike stating the Labor wasn’t covered under the warranty. So now I have to pay a additional $800 for labor. Adam stated he told me a week prior I have to pay labor fees But he lied. He never said that. Days later I talked to His Scum bag boss JERRY. He was very rude over the phone. After days of back & fort calls with this clown He did bring the labor down to $200. I would assume on warranty jobs it’s protocol to try to make the customer pay something additional. It’s very obvious Adam screwed up or they are using shady methods to make $$$$ he never called the warranty company to check on there terms Until after tearing down my transmission. Now I’m liable to pay for labor fees. While picking up my truck up once again JERRY is being rude again telling me he should have left my truck on the lot sitting for a additional 2 weeks. All because I complained about the shady practices. If I didn’t have so much to loose JERRY may have caught these hands. But this clown isn’t worth it. I have filed a complaint with FORD’S headquarters about this service department STAY AWAY FROM THIs DEALERSHIP THEY ARE VERY SHADY!!!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I was very interested in a car. I called the Arlington Ford to see if the car was available and they had said it was. I setup an appointment to come see the car. I called them before I left to confirm it’s available and they had said it was. Drove 70 miles to the dealer. Walked in the door “Sorry this vehicle is no longer available.” A heads up would have been nice!!! However the salesmen was helpful and tried finding us an alternative and pulled up the history report for the vehicle we did test drive. Other than the poor communication it wasn’t that bad of an experience.

Completely ignored my request for new brake pads - guess it's only worth it if they wait until your rotors are trashed. Marked wheels rims and lugs red and no one explained anything. I bought new tires a year ago and they are only ones to ever take wheels off car so if there is a problem it's on them! Left entire brake section on form blank - so told I don't need brakes but no measurements recorded. My worst experience at this dealer in 7 years. With 3 kids carving out time for car service is challenging - but I did it and they didn't even complete all the work I requested. Not happy with them and will be finding a new dealership after this experience.Edit 8/11/23: Now 2 weeks after my appointment, my family and I are on vacation (the whole reason I had the service performed ahead a road-trip), we jump in the car this morning and I get the oil change required message on the dash! Are you kidding me! It appears every time I start the car and doesn't go aways until I click OK. So the one thing they said they did, they didn't do completely as they missed performing the oil change reset procedure as part of the insanely expensive oil change. I do know they changed the oil because they spilled oil all over my plastic engine cover and then didn't properly clean it up, but still can't believe they couldn't even do the oil change correctly.
