Summary: Disheartening experience due to misleading credit check procedure and deceptive pricing.As a newcomer to the U.S., building my credit score is of utmost importance. My recent experience at Arlington Nissan, however, has been profoundly disappointing and counterproductive to my efforts.During my visit, I expressed interest in a car and specifically asked for a soft credit check to avoid impacting my credit score. The sales manager assured me repeatedly that it would be a soft inquiry, even explaining how they access credit information without a hard hit. Also, completing and signing the documents for the so called "soft check" I asked again, if what I was signing won't lead to a hard inquiry. And again I was confirmed that I won't have my credit score get hit. To my dismay, I discovered a hard inquiry on my credit report the very next day, which reduced my score by a significant for me 4 points. This breach of trust was not only unprofessional but has tangible consequences for me.Additionally, the vehicle's price was misleadingly inflated by $2000 for "included features" that are already part of the vehicle and non-removable. This practice of not including such costs in the advertised price feels deceptive and undermines customer trust.Overall, my experience was not just disappointing, but left me the a longer lasting negative effect. I do have my concerns about their transparency and customer service ethics. I cannot recommend this dealership and will be looking elsewhere for my automotive needs.

We visited Arlington Nissan hoping to see one particular car and even called ahead to ensure it was still available. However, when we arrived we were told the car was sold. That was really annoying. It just happened that we saw another car in the front of the store that caught our eye. We were lucky to get paired with Skyler Allen. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve purchased many cars and this purchase easily ranked in the top three. The process was smooth, clear and fast.

My husband and I bought a vehicle from this place in January. Today is 9/29/2023, upon arrival everyone was nice and friendly because they're trying to sell us a vehicle. We went back and forth about the price and finally came to an agreement. What I didn't know was they add all the extra fees that they wouldn't budge on! Like protectant coat for our seats, which we didn't need. After the car was bought, we received temp plates due to the fact that we were out of state. I reached out to the finance manager Joshua and was told something should be coming in. Of course nothing comes and I continued to reach out to him which he wouldn't reply until I decided to call him. When this was finally resolved, we realized that we no longer want the warranty that was added when we bought the vehicle. I reached back out to Joshua and he responded with he would cancel it and it could take 8-12 weeks. When I reached out to cancel that was end of April. I contacted him every few weeks for an update and he would go on to tell me it's being processed when it really wasn't. End of August he then mentioned early September it would be taken care of. It is now end of September and this issue still hasn't been resolved. I want to say that once you buy a car off their lot they no longer care what you have to say and would lie through their teeth just to keep you from bothering them. I will never ever recommend this dealership to anyone I know as they don't care about their customers. They only care about making money! I am waiting for a call back from the general manager about this situation.!!!

Eli, Skylar, John, Mitch, and Angel were a great help in finding the best vehicle for me! I wish I could've got it cheaper but the price was reasonable and that's all I asked for. Plus I got free car washes for life! Thanks Arlington Nissan!

The service department is wonderful! I’ve been coming here for years and am gonna continue coming here for many more years to come. Brian W is always attentive and keeps me updated every step of the way. Mike L the service manager is absolutely amazing as well and makes sure everything goes smoothly and everyone leaves happy! Came in to look at a car because my wife's lease was up but did not plan on buying anything. I was greeted promptly and professionally by a salesperson named Spencer. She showed me 2 SUVs. As much as I did not want to make a decision right away I couldn't help it. She was super knowledgeable friendly and professional. She really worked hard to get me top dollar for my trade and and a cheaper lease payment. I could not refuse. So I signed and will be surprising my wife with her new car. I was very impressed by the dealership and especially Spencer. She did an amazing job and really worked for me to get an amazing deal all around

I recently brought my Nissan Frontier into the Arlington Nissan Service Department and was absolutely blown away by the stellar service I received. It's not an exaggeration to say that this has been one of the best automotive service experiences I have ever had.From the moment I entered, the team jumped into action to quickly diagnose the issues with my vehicle. The professionals here are clearly adept at their job, ordering the necessary parts in no time. To my pleasant surprise, the whole process - from diagnostics to repair - was completed in under two hours! Everything was great. Mike had tremendous patience and knowledge and was willing to work on a plan for my vehicle. That’s what solidified my decision to come here. Also the fallowing:After speaking with another dealer who wouldn’t/couldn’t comprehend that the engine is the same as the one in the 370z and was instead using Armada rates and parts and was seemingly confused on basic maintenance it was a no brainier to drive nearly an hour away to come here.That being said, once I arrived I was greeted promptly by Zach and taken care of from that point on. From the consultation to the loaner to the text messages and questions about the needs and overall maintenance plan for my vehicle and even the customer portal I am extremely satisfied. Even when I arrived to return the loaner and retrieve my vehicle the service advisor who assisted me was prompt and was also a nice person. I can’t recall his name but we spoke about his car and mine. The cashier was also patient. Thank you for taking care of needs and also the initial callback. The other dealer I called first that is only 15 min away from me not only has the wrong information but it took me from Monday until the Friday after next (11 days) off repeated calls and messages for no one to get back to me even after they supposedly make a note of it in the system. Thanks again. I’ll be back off I need anymore service.
