Great experience. It sure is nice talking with a Dentist that is so knowledgeable about there trade. And so honest. Between the Dentist the Hygienist and the ex Ray technician I felt comfortable and I could tell I was in competent hands !!

The service provided by the Manager and Assistant Manager was professional and apologetic, unfortunately the Dental Specialist was lousy, rude and uninformative in numerous ways and should reconsider his career in the manner way of being polite and informative. Highly dissatisfied and would not recommend.

Went in for a cleaning as I needed a new dentist. Before the cleaning they noticed I had a missing tooth and a stud in place to get the crown. I said maybe sometime in the future I would want to get that done. They immediately take me to a room with an office manager to sell me $12,000 worth of work. I told them 1. I already have had this work quoted at $7,000 2. I’m here for a cleaning and that down the road that was something we could look into. So I get the cleaning and they ask do you have an electric toothbrush. I said yes and they said well we are giving you another one. They didn’t give it to me. They charged me $150 for a toothbrush that can be bought on Amazon for $49.99 and this was on top of the fact I said I had one. They have you pre pay for work. Then insurance won’t cover half the work because it wasn't needed in the first place. To top it off. The cavity they filled broke half my tooth off two months after they did the work. This place wants your money. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Pros: got my husband in quickly for an extractionCon: try add on everything possible: took my daughter in for her cleaning. Needed fillings so made the appointment. What they do? Another cleaning? They add on a toothbrush cost to the treatment plan without asking me. Then charge fees for each tooth for numbing it. I had tell the receptionist to take it off . Called to cancel and the girls voice dropped suddenly when I asked to cancel the appointment then hung up. Going take them to my dentist who won’t overcharge everything. I never had a regular cleaning followed by a deep cleaning before. Then they want you to prepay. I never had to do that with other dentist offices. I always when services are rendered. This place is money hungry. The call center girl was not someone I would want speaking to customers , she sounded annoyed with her job.

I wanted you to think again before going to this company. They could not find and solve the problem in my tooth for 5 months. As a solution, they tried to refer me to another doctor and take the money from me.

I definitely do not recommend it. There is a high probability that they will request additional charges in the next session on top of the price you stated. After all the diagnosis, examinations and tests, it is possible that the doctor will request for you additional expenses later. They did not accept my objections and made a professional defense. I do not recommend this company.

Please, if they told you they asked your insurance company, check with your insurance company. I called my insurance company after Aspen told me A New Denture was denied. $2555.00 I would have to pay. I called my insurance company. Not only did Aspen charge me a copayment in error, they never contacted my insurance company. The billing they sent my insurance for that visit was wrong as well. One visit, my first visit, and Aspen billed wrong and lied. Please check your billing and insurance before paying them one dime.

I’ve been struggling to find a new dentist since my previous one retired after going there for over 20 years. I had some dental work done by another dentist and was in so much pain for over a month that I decided to switch to Aspen. My insurance company was giving me a lot of issues and they personally took on the responsibility of dealing with the insurance so that I could switch offices. Dr Feng and everyone that I met with on staff actually listened to me and didn’t dismiss my pain as “sensitivity”. My filling was done quickly, painlessly and am FINALLY able to eat and drink without pain again.

I’m torn because the Dr & staff were very nice. BUT I felt like I was buying a used car. Very expensive for a deep cleaning! My share w INS is $606.? Also I wanted to RUN when I was told to come talk w office manager. She was nice but I’ve had bad experiences with being ‘taken’ with a sales pitch & pressure! Except that now you have my X-rays , I hesitate to return. Loved Dr Potter but she’s just filling in

Went in to get assessed for clear aligners (Motto). I wanted a second opinion after being quoted almost $10k for Invisalign by my usual dentist. I went in and was warmly greeted by reception and was able to fill out the required forms on an iPad in 5 minutes. After that, I got a comprehensive exam with some of coolest technology — full state of the art X-ray as well as a 3-d scan of my mouth. All very cool.The dentist and hygienist confirmed everything my existing dentist has me in treatment for and said outside of that, my smile’s a good one. :) No problems. I did not feel like there was any treatment pushed on me (as I’ve read in other reviews). Everyone was super friendly and open. It’s a beautiful office with efficient processes all around!In the end, Motto aligners were quoted at 15% of the Invisalign quote. Wow! Unbeatable. I accepted treatment and am excited to get my Hollywood smile. :)

It could have been a great place, but horrible corporate policies and administrative turnover made this place insufferable. I was forced to jump through a million hoops and still got screwed over by absurd billing practices. Aspen Dental as a whole is a terrible corporation. The local staff is doing well given the circumstances; we cannot blame them, but this type of practice should not be promoted.

Everyone at this facility is extremely helpful and devoted. I have had a few appointments here and each time the staff is knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I'm grateful for the team and management here for constantly being personable and understanding.

Today was my first day going to Aspen Dental...and let me tell you...it won't be the last time! Everyone was so amazing! From the moment I walked through the door, me & my family were greated with a friendly hello and taken care of. The dental team was very thorough. They made sure to explain everything to me & answer any of my concerns. Same when speaking with Christina(excuse me if not spelled correctly). When I scheduled my next visit, she was so nice and made sure to explain what would be happening at my next visit. I really felt everyone here cares about me & my families needs. Thank you all for your kindness. I will definitely tell others who are looking for dental care :)
