I do not recommend going here, an incompetent employee will draw up a contract for you for 36 months and you will not be able to change it under the trade-in program, you must ask yourself and add an extra $ 10 to change your phone later. AT&T really disappointed me

Terrible attitude towards customers. I gave my phone for trade-in in July, today I came to find out why the money for the phone has not yet been credited to my account. It turned out that they couldn’t transfer the money to me, since I didn’t have another phone on credit (although in July I didn’t have phone on credit too, when they took my phone as a trade-in). According to the manager, they can't do anything, and no one wants to help me in this situation. Although this is the manager's mistake, who should not have taken my phone. I think they should either return my phone or transfer the money for it to my AT&T account. A very unpleasant situation, it feels like this is a scam on the part of the store.

Understaffed and uninformed. Young lady was working entire store by herself, said she had been working with current customer for 1+ hours. Was told there were 2 people ahead of me and would likely be 20 minute wait. She said she was too busy to check me in and to try online, but online wasn't working. She said to go to another location because she was too busy to help set an appointment.
Not her fault for being understaffed and stressed but lacked communication skills. Not a good look for brand new store.

I came into the Arlington Heights store a bit nervous because I haven’t been into a store in years but as soon as I opened the door, I was greeted by Brittney. She took her time and was so helpful. I didn’t feel like she was trying to force products on me but she explained what I have and compared it with AT&T I did end up switching my home service but it was well worth it and I only came in to get a new phone but I appreciate the time she spent with me and made me feel like a person and not a quick sale. Thank you so much Brittney!
