My girlfriend went to your shop on Monday because her car was in the process of dying...she came to you guys for help and was told that because it was raining outside, they couldn't change her battery. The guy was also complaining that he was getting wet despite her having an umbrella 🌂 for both of them...he kept making excuses as to why he couldn't check her car. She ended up stranded a few miles down the road in a dangerous place...also, she called and nobody want to take accountability. Please fix your problem with your staff.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I was there Monday night. I simply wanted someone to check my battery cus my light was on. The employee who helped me came out and after I explained what the issue was said he couldn't plug in the machine because it wouldn't give an accurate reading and furthermore couldn't change the battery because it was raining. He also proceeded to complain he was getting wet.
He then suggested I go to advanced auto parts since that was the store my battery was from.
Well after that I got stranded had to get my car towed and my battery is now completely dead.
I can't remember the employees name because he didn't say it and it was dark and raining. But idk just stay away from a place that makes excuses as to why they can't help you. I had an umbrella and was willing to open it over us so we both wouldn't get wet.

I bought a crescent wrench and a car battery for a ‘98 Jeep. I was in and out very quickly, explained the battery was for a car that I didn’t drive very much so he sold me a battery less than $100. It fit and I was happy.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well-kept Auto Zone Arlington Heights is. The shelves are always stocked, and everything is in its proper place. The store is not only clean but also very inviting. It's clear that the management takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and orderliness. Shopping here is always a pleasure because of the immaculate environment.

The people at Auto Zone Arlington Heights are some of the nicest I've encountered in a retail setting. Every time I visit, I'm greeted with smiles and a willingness to assist.
