This is our neighborhood gas station that is 24 hours. That allows you to go into the store so it is so convenient. But they allowing one of Their employees Jamie to be very rude on her shift only which is my shift going home from work. she have made every experience a hostile setting. To many incidents and the biggest is My card was charged for gas and was double charged. After fixing the problem which took day to resolve. I went on a different day and this time I went to purchase on the inside and was charged for the gas and the cashier told me it didn’t go through so I give them my card again and the purchase went through, when I ask for a receipt I was refused it but it show on my app pay in full they refused to give me my gas call the police and the officer agreed that the charge was took off my card they then told me to give it a few days when come back to show proof the lady Jamie called the police on me again and stated I was starting trouble with her the othe employee stood up for me and she started cussing at the employees and they almost got into a fight while the police was there and they still have this lady working there. She clearly have a problems.

I very much appreciated the big, free vacuums. The service here is great too, and the hot chocolate was only $2.00! Gotta love and appreciate places that care about taking care of their customers rather than charging for every last thing. Thank you!

I appeal to the management of this company. On 8/11/2024, a black worker charged me 1.99 for a glass of hot water. Water is free at other gas stations. She was rude and said that if I don't like something, I can not come here

Great experience at the BP in Arlington Heights. The station is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the visit smooth and quick. Prices are competitive, and I appreciate the variety of snacks and drinks available in the convenience store. Only reason it's not five stars is that it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, a reliable place to fuel up!

The staff was very rude. On July 14, 2024, at 2:40 am, I filled up with gas and was planning to buy something to eat. Unsure of what to get, I wasn’t blocking anyone as nobody else was at the gas station. Despite this, a staff member approached me and asked me to leave. I used to bring other people here, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back.

Had to make a call back to the station to ask whether my keychain had been found and turned in. The phone person checked and did not see them but took my info in case they showed up. Later I found they had slipped down under the car seat, out of sight. I was glad to find them of course but impressed they took the time to get my info if needed.
