“I’ve always passed by Vanessa’s growing up in the area, and frequenting restaurants in downtown Arlington Heights, so when it was my time to shop for my very own bridal gown, I knew I had to see if they had my dream gown. I’m SO glad that I did. Lisa was so wonderful to work with!! I’m so grateful for my experience from start to finish. Lisa picked such beautiful selections for me to try on, and I ended up buying the first one I tried! Vanessa’s works closely with the best seamstress, Dorina, who I appreciated using her talent to make my dress fit like a glove. I would recommend this adorable bridal shop to anyone!”

“When you’re a little girl, you dream of the moment you’ll find your wedding dress. Brides by Young, more specifically, Lori, made my dream come true by finding my exact dream dress. I showed her a few inspo’s and within minutes she found the most absolute beautiful options they had available. The second dress I tried on ended up being my dress. Lori, understood everything I needed and wanted, she interacted beautifully with my large bridal party and got me to do what I didn’t think I would do and that was cry with happiness because of the art in which she turned my dream into. I highly recommend this shop as the whole staff was so friendly and responsive.Young, the owner was so sweet and informative and the dress options and her shop are for all brides! I rate this place a 10/10 for customer service, dress options, pricing and for making your childhood dream a reality.”

“I was told that if I wrote a review, I’d receive a pair of earrings. I was initially happy to do it, but then I overheard what sounded like the owner on the phone rudely asking, “is that woman still standing?” while Ramya responded, “yes, yes, she is buying,” and I felt like I was being watched on camera. That made me uncomfortable, so I declined the earrings and even considered deleting this review.
I also didn’t appreciate the $25 fee just to try on a dress if you don’t end up purchasing it. I had every intention of buying, but that policy almost made me walk away. Since I was only visiting Chicago for a few hours and had already taken an Uber to get there, I ended up making a purchase anyway and paid $430, even though I didn’t really have the time to keep looking around. The fee of 25$ for trying on a dress was anything I have ever heard like .the owner asking rudely on phone .
That said, Ramya herself was very kind and sweet, and I appreciated her attitude. However, because of the overall experience, I don’t think I’ll return or recommend this place to my friends.”
“If you’re looking for a wedding dress shop, add this to the list. The dresses are beautiful and fair prices. I found my dress here and I absolutely love it! Everyone was so kind. I went to two other places after trying dresses here but couldn’t stop thinking of the two dresses I tried on here. We called an hour before they closed and let us come back to try the dresses again. She didn’t rush us and let me take my time making the decision.”

She explained everything we need to know in order to pick the perfect material; design and detail for my fiance's barong and it absolutely came out perfectly. “Jessica is the best. I rented a tux and she took care of every adjustment. She went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience for me and my family. The tailoring lady was great as well and the quality of the tux is really nice. Very good people working here that take care of their customers and make sure you look great!”

“I've had wonderful experiences with bringing dresses for alterations and new zippers. My son's taekwondo pants, suits, Boy scouts uniform, tuxedos for School concerts all altered. This place has never failed us. They charges great reasonable prices and always have items back to us in time. last minute alterations are not suggested. I would give them about a weeks time to complete alteration. the owner seems serious about her work but is a very sweet lady.”

I wasn't able to provide feedback on Google reviews before, not sure why, but I can now.Wonderful, wonderful service.All my enquiries were answered in a timely manner and Nancy was truly a delight to deal with.Delivery was quick from USA to AUSTRALIA around 15 days, considering the Covid 19 international postal delays and restrictions.I would not hesitate to recommend this company for your special keepsakes, delicate clothing for wedding, christening gowns and the like.”
