I brought them SO many flowers and they were able to make so many beautiful items from them. So many options for gifts and keepsakes. The result was absolutely gorgeous. Not only do my husband and I get to continue to enjoy our gorgeous wedding flowers day after day, but my bridesmaids, MOB and MOG love their gifts (wine stoppers and coasters). “Aga is a GENIUS with a needle and thread. She redesigned my daughter’s wedding dress to fit her like a glove as well as adding to the design to compliment her body. Aga’s talent to see want needs to be done and to implement the change with scissors, needle and thread is incomparable. She meticulously cut a section of the dresses train and applied it to the front of the dress for a more flattering neckline. Then she removed the train and realigned the skirt with a beautiful fullness. The finished dress is more exquisite than when we brought it in and it is impossible to tell, unless you look at before and after pictures, that anything was done to the dress. All of this plus the fact that Aga was a pleasure to work with. She is understanding, sensitive, professional and absolutely wonderful. I would entrust Aga with the most sensitive, difficult or challenging creations or alterations you may have. She is truly a genius!”

“Everyone at Panache was extremely helpful and even worked with me on my budget. I was crunched for time finding a kurta for my buddy's wedding and Arti was super welcoming and put together a great three piece outfit. They were even able to do alterations within 3 days to make sure I had time to try it on a few days before the event. Arti provided $120 off of everything because we found one that fit and looked good all together. Highly recommend this place for Indian jewelry and clothing!”

“Very good experience at David's. The gowns are pretty and generally affordable as far as wedding dresses go. Lots of options to try different silhouettes and they do carry a range of prices. My consultant Farah was super sweet and it felt like I was shopping for a dress with a friend instead of a store worker. She was very attentive, helped pull a variety of dresses, and was super helpful overall. The store itself is pretty big, well-lit, and clean. The follow up email with the styles I liked and prices is a nice bonus. I ended up selecting a dress at another store so can't comment on the purchase/alterations process, but the in store experience was really good.”

“I came across volles bridal on Facebook and knew I would find my dream dress with them. I came in with a vision of what I thought was what I wanted and showed Stephanie my inspo she was very kind and helpful she brought out all the options I was looking for but I still couldn’t say yes to the dress just when I thought I had ran out of options stephanie brought me one last dress that was not what I was looking for she told me I should still try it on because this one might be the one I was hesitant but I trusted her and tried it anyways it turned out to be my dream dress ? Also a big shoutout to the alterations lady I forgot her name but she made all the alteration process so easy and made me feel at ease after I had unfortunately gained some weight after postponing my wedding because of covid she made everything work for me! I could of not been any happier thank you volles bridal! Highly recommend!”

Victoria is so sweet and very helpful.. their dressmaker did an amazing job on the design and details on the dress. They made me custom long sleeves for my dress that can be detachable as well and the detail on them are so beautiful!! I purchased my crown, veil and shoes here too! “I needed a barong for my 7 year old and my husband (arab) for my sister's wedding. It was last minute but ate charisma scheduled to meet three days later. She planned accordingly, asking for sizes, fabric, date of the event and told me to bring shirts because I wasn't going to bring either son or husband. When we met I was scared I wouldn't find the suite but she provided a map with thorough instructions. The staff knew to expect me and help guide me to the suite. Upon arriving i was offered beverages. I was then escorted to her suite and she had the barongs laid out as well as a book incase I didn't find something I want. She started with a presentation, a 101 on barongs and fabrics. I informed in our call I wanted the high end fabric so it looked polish and elevated. She had a few picked out but she nailed it. It was exactly what I needed. Please support small business owners, especially our very own chicago filipina, Charisma!”

I appreciated the honesty of the bridal consultants and the transparency of expectations. I see other reviews here stating the staff were unkind- that is not true. I personally appreciated the realistic conversations and opinions of experts. Even if I picked out a dress I thought I would love, they told me why it may not be what I hoped. And guess what? They were correct on EVERYTHING. They did not sugarcoat or try to sell me something I had imagined to JUST make a sale- they guided me into styles that made me look PHENOMENAL. I felt like a BRIDE for the first time and there are so many mirrors to see every angle of what you try on. They are PROFESSIONALS who KNOW what they are talking about.
