“My car was a mess when I brought it to this place and, judging by the smell, I could have sworn something had died in there. These guys did an awesome job, worth every single penny. Very friendly and professional. Thank you!!!”

“Stefan is the best. I’ve been using Lotus for about 4 years now. This time I needed him to ceramic coat my wife’s new 2026 Audi Sq5 and he provided me a long time client discount and as expected did a perfect job coating the car including rims. Which he did the rims at no cost. Happy wife. Happy life. Thanks Stefan!!”

“We have been going to Northwest Auto Wash for years. We started when we lived in downtown Arlington Heights and have since moved further away. We still drive over to get our cars cleaned here. They are worth the drive! Once or twice we made an observation about something we noticed and they immediately took care of it. With all of the vehicles they clean in a day, I’m not surprised a small item or two slips through. The proof of good service is the way they immediately take care of it! The detailing is also amazing! We tried another place closer to where we live now and that was a huge let down. As long as we can get to this place, we will use them!”

“Got my car detailed yesterday. They did an awesome job. I got the the full interior and exterior including polishing. They treated the convertible top and leather interior. They were also able to remove a couple small scratches and a paint scrape. Looks showroom new! Took about 4 hours. Cost with tip was $345, they do accept credit cards. Will return with our other vehicles.”

“Excellent new car wash that will replace Driven for my monthly subscription spot. The hours are more convenient (open until 10pm) and the wash wax and drying done for the ultimate level is perfection. None of this having to dry off manually after going thru garbage that Driven does now... which was not the case when I joined initially.”

“Yesterday Karl detailed the inside of my car, and I am THRILLED. He did the most amazing job. I will never go to anyone else for detailing ever again. First, he is mobile so he came to me. He came to my job and detailed the car while I was at work. A few of my coworkers needed services done, as well, so he did us all in one day. I have had this car for over two years, and I have not deep cleaned it or had it detailed once since I bought it. Needless to say, my car was filthy. It is now SPOTLESS. I recently spilled coffee all over both front seats. He shampooed the seats, and they look brand new. His prices are also super reasonable and affordable. A+++++ serviceServices: Vacuuming”

“I very much appreciated the big, free vacuums. The service here is great too, and the hot chocolate was only $2.00! Gotta love and appreciate places that care about taking care of their customers rather than charging for every last thing. Thank you!”
