Dishonest! Kevin was very nice, and I have no qualms with the customer service given. However, I was initially quoted $1700 for a Catalytic Converter replacement.I thought this was an odd diagnosis since I've replaced a converter in a previous vehicle and my current car wasn't displaying most symptoms consistent with that diagnosis. But since it's an older car I figured it was possible. I flat out told him that was too much money.He then mentioned that the $1700 included the shops lifetime warranty but if he took it off it'd be $1386.The fact that I was quoted the higher cost made me wary and distrustful so I elected to not have him repair it. It turns out that my Catalytic Converter did NOT need to be replaced at all, just my flange, and muffler needed repairing which came out to $300, that's a $1000 difference smh.It's sad that men try to take advantage of women and assume they can get over. I will not be going back.

I came in last minute on a Saturday night and they stayed late to help me get new brakes on my car because I was leaving out of town the next day. They were very friendly and their services are fairly priced. Would recommend coming here, especially if you’re in a last minute pinch.Service: Brakes

Kevin was very professional taking care of my Honda Odyssey. He checked my tires and did an oil change. He also found my windshield washer cap laying in my engine from a previous visit from my local Honda dealer from some warranty work. Thank you for taking such good care. Like most people I've been burned heavily before doing service work on a car that ended up being unnecessary or extravagant. Unfortunately my original feelings with this shop were born of misgiving and frustration.That being said I've been fortunate to have met Kevin at this shop. Dealing with having my tires replaced multiple times, having a trustworthy guy that tries to right wrongs makes a world of a difference.It sucks that our original interactions started with an expensive tire needing to be replaced twice due to sidewall issues, but the handling of difficult situations Kevin provides is everything that is lacking in the mechanic industry.10/10 stars if you can have Kevin to interact with through the natural displeasure of needing to take your car in, he'll accomplish the unthinkable if he can train a team that can emulate his managing and leadership when he isn't available.Services: Oil change

This specific CarX location was recommended by a friend. CarX was efficient, informative, and helpful. I made an appointment, got right in and finished in under an hour. They had oil change packages to purchase, bringing the cost down. They even called days later to check on me and thank me for my patronage. Honest hardworking and straight foward.
I had my vehicle at the Just Tires next door and they recommended using CarX to take a look at a loose heat shield. The Guys at CarX walked over picked up my SUV and looked it over. They realized it was something simple and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. The manager said there would be no charge. They could have easily told me it was going to be $200 and I would have accepted that as I knew that Heat shields can be a problem.
The honest and integrity of those men has earned my future business.

Don't recommend this shop! If you want to overpay for car repairs, then this is the place for you. Was there today to change the oil for $ 50, but got a $ 763 bill instead and a lot of upsales.
Very disappointed!

My Car battery (Honda CRV 2018) suddenly died overnight in a parking garage. The next morning I picked up a new battery from CarX. The Manager Kevin Skieriewicz. did not have the battery in stock but ordered one and had it for me by the time I finished my morning workout at PF. When replacing the battery I had no way to keep the auto's electronic systems active. The Replacement battery worked fine but all of the autos electroni saftey systems needed to be reset, including the the radio. Upon driving to return the old battery all systems suddenly reset by thermselves. Kevin recheck all of the diagnostis on the vehicle and test drove it for a complete saftey check, at no charge. Thank you Kevin, it was a pleasure doing business with you.
