The silliest, rudest interaction I've ever had with a bank. I tried to explain why I hadn't used Chase in the past, but I had a first check from a new business venture I was considering cashing with Chase in anticipation of opening both business and private banking in the future. One of my concerns in the past was the exorbitant fees Chase charges as part of its rent seeking enclosure tactics for non customers, including my current and future customers and employees should I open a Chase account. Halfway through my second sentence the CSR interupts to mansplain (shesplain?) why I'm wrong. When I say to her that she hasn't understood what I am saying and try to explain a suggestion I have for setting up my potential accounts to remedy this, she cuts me off saying she doesn't have to talk with non customers, I call back and say I'd like to finish my sentence. She cuts me off again. I call back hoping to talk with a manager instead of her, about opening accounts that avoid some fees for my customers and employees - and she cuts me off as soon as I ask for a manager, and says she'll block my number. And makes it clear throughout, while I burst out laughing at this incredibly thoughtless, bizarre behavior, that she is following some sanctioned corporate procedure by escalating this conversation to stratospheric heightsof surreality in 30 seconds or less. DO NO BUSINESS WITH CHASE. GOOD LUCK OUT THERE.

Broken! Chase should reimburse me since it’s their problem I can’t withdraw from my banks ATM and now have to take a hit with ATM fees at another bank.

I came here because my local Chase Bank doesn't carry foreign currency on hand which I needed for a currency exchange. They referred me to this location because they have it on hand and they were so friendly and helpful here! I've never been to this location; it's so big and clean, well-maintained with a great atmosphere! I didn't catch the names of the ladies who assisted me but they were so happy to help and extremely polite :) great experience all around and I was in and out in less than five minutes!

Very bad experience, went to get a simple notary done, the lady could not print a pdf file for 30 min, was rushing to go to lunch and was chewing gum super disrespectfully, don't waste your time doing notary there, a cross the street Ups will gladly do it for 5$, I've been Chase Business Customer for 5 years and i was super surprised of the bad service and vibe i got from the person doing Notary there. Sofia was kind enough over the phone, got to give her the credit....

They charge me fee $ 35 a month without explanation for months, in my checking account when i went to ask them to waive the fees,they told me, we cant waive all the fees.

Don't use them as financial advisors . Expensive and they do nothing to help. They will ask you what you want to do and if the market goes down.. blame you for your choice. They cater to high level portfolios and if you aren't .. will tell you to keep saving , you might run out of money. You will have no idea if you will have enough money or what your monthly income will be when you retire. They want it like that so they can keep your money in the bank. Not interested in helping you at all.. they just take your money and run!

Hostile, Arrogant, Condescending, and Pretentious. Otherwise, terrible customer service. You will get better customer service from an ATM. Avoid at all costs.

When you deposit checks, Regulation CC provides that banks may extend the availability schedule by a reasonable period of time. I made a deposit of a local large check at Chase Downton Arlington Heights branch. Teller did not give me notice for the reason for the hold nor verbally told me she was putting an extended hold as to when will my deposit be available for withdrawal. Also I did not get my first $100 available either. Total REG CC violation. Bank should invest in their employees and train them properly.

I applied for new credit card. Before I cancelled old card I wanted to be certain to have $49.95 false charge removed. Had gotten a dispute number from Chase Bank. Never answered. The new card was sent to false address three times, delaying a trip. From back of old card I did get through to a different fraud number. Then was told it was past due to dispute. Don't apply for Chase Freedom credit card. Their service was dishonest to allow this to happen.

I love chase and the drive through it’s so easy . The people there are super nice but this one girl I think she is polish or something and she is at her 40 , blonde she is so rude. My dad doesn’t speak English so I help him and when we go we always have a lot of cash and she told me to come around again Bc she is busy and she said that it was busy . I mean it’s not my fairly that she couldn’t handle her Kobe . Buy at least do be rude. She grabbed the cash and she start threw in them and her attitude was so bad and she is always rude . Every time we go on the drive through and she is there , she always acts rude and she is so lazy. Nothing wrong with other people or Chase but this women she is so rude

Came to this location to close down an account that was charging me a monthly fee. The staff here was so helpful and nice, and even refunding some of the monthly fees.
