CVS at Target, Rand road, Arlington Heights very irresponsible, on Jan 26th, 4 pm technician did not give medication due to do not wanted to subscribe to marketing text message and canceled my prescription.

This pharmacy has gone downhill, they are so unorganized. The last 4 times we’ve dealt with them they say the script is ready, only to get there and it’s not. They don’t have things in stock all the time. The staff is rude too, so sad. We had a relationship with the old pharmacist Gary, this team seems under pressure or something. Very negative

This lady Pharmacist is a liar. I have had several issues; one month they filled a prescription an old prescription of the wrong dose. ( put me in the hospital for 4 days) they didn’t care! Wrong doctor, wrong dose, and I had already called and explained that prescription was replaced and dose changed from my Cardiologist. But they need to make the money!!! From day one asked that non of my prescriptions be on auto refill, 6 months now they still jam prescriptions way before needed at me.I have enough nitro pills for 6 cardiac patients needs. They will expire before I ever will need them ( but you know insurance and Medicaid fraud in this profession).Either way do not use this Pharmacy, they don’t care about ethics, they only care about billing it out and getting that money!The Pharmacist knows she is a snake in a white Jacket and knows she is hurting people with out a care in her mind.Highly recommend another any Pharmacy other then CVS at Target in Arlington Heights IL.

Have difficulties finding my prescription after it was sent. Also have 2 pharmacists that take 1 hour lunch at the same time.

I called the pharmacy to cancel a couple of prescriptions. I was on hold for 20 minutes listening to the same babble over and over. When the pharmacist finally answered, she said they were closed for lunch. Please, put that information on the message so that one can call back when the pharmacy is open. That is just poor service as far as I'm concerned.

Anyone know why this entire target smells like a babies diaper? Stopped in there this morning and it was overwhelming. Thought maybe it was one child, or near the bathrooms but it was the entire store.

I have mixed feelings about the pharmacy. I like the pharmacist but the pharmacy is understaffed during the rush. It took 10 minutes just to drop off a script and the assistant made me wait while trying to key everything in until I asked to go about my shopping. I like the new store layout though.

So i went to Starbucks today and ordered myself a green tea latte. The barista started making my drink when I told her to put a little bit more of matcha in there and she replies "I'd have to charge you extra for that". NEVER in my life I was charged for putting an extra matcha in my drink. That was the first. So I said never mind since I'm sure it's gonna taste like matcha but in my case I love having to taste that extra matcha in my drink. I mean who doesn't love matcha. After taking my first sip literally I could just taste MILK. Like I paid $5 for milk. I was irritated so I went back and complained. Thinking that she won't charge me, she charged me anyway. She then took my drink, drained about 2 inch of it on the sink, put two scoops of matcha, put a little bit of milk and then added some more ice. When I got my drink back it was less than what I have drank. Now it literally had more ice than before. I've never experienced this in any Starbucks. Like I almost paid $7 for this and I will not come back to this Starbucks again.

Target seems very focused on customer service. From adding people to customer service when a line developed to bringing up extra cashiers, they are all about not making me wait. Well done!

This location is filthy and lacks inventory. Trash litters the parking lot and inside aisles. Cashiers are very courteous and helpful but struggle with orders beyond the basics such as cartwheel and other discounts.

This place is pretty much your average Target. I come here for the dollar section every now and then for little Secret Santa trinkets. I was surprised to see the whole dollar section depleted just after Christmas, with all of the items boxed up in the middle of the store. You'd think that they would restock right away instead of leaving a big mess at the entrance and a bunch of empty shelves. As a heads up, parking here is almost always terrible, too.
