I placed an order online to pick up in store and David and the other employee on staff were super friendly and helpful. David was very professional and knowledgeable about the store policies and made it very easy to fix an issue I made with my order. The whole experience was easy and convenient, i will definitely order to this store above other dollar tree stores in the event I need to make another large purchase. Thank you David!!

Cannot fill my balloons with helium for money, said that they can inflate ones purchased in the store... I even suggested purchasing those and asked if they will be able to inflate mine instead. Answer still no. This is strange.

I was asking for help and the employee got mad at me for asking when he was about to go to lunch? I told him if he could ask another employee because I did not see anyone around but just started swearing at me. Yuck. Never coming back.

There is a lady called manager from which angle I have no idea. Complete useless she is . She doesn’t know anything.staffs fight with each other infront of customers . She doesn’t know anythng.They have cash back option but she cannot give change. When I went to buy 2nd time she said that she needs 40 item to buy then she can encash. It’s like monopoly.no idea who recruits uneducated people like this. She is a black mark for dollar tree. There is always a way to get things work out. So frustrated in life.

Cashier did not greet me like she greeted the other customers and did not say a word to me until the end of the transaction where she literally barked at me and said "you better put that basket back on your way out". I was flabbergasted and I replied to her "ma'am I do not work here," And her reply was "well you do today." I have never had a worse experience at any Dollar tree location, and I'm trying to get this complaint to corporate so this employee can be retrained. Her name is Raisa and this occurred at 10am on 09/28/24. I will not return back to this dollar tree location now. They lost my business.

Was JUST checked out by Celia. Didn’t say hello, and was being incredibly aggressive throwing the stuff we were purchasing across the counter very aggressively. Also didn’t greet either person in front of us. Should be addressed. Won’t shop at this DT again.

Fully stocked, not messy, cashiers are very helpful and kind. Probably the neatest and most stocked dollar tree I’ve ever been to.

Female assistant manager is rude to everyone in the store, from employees to customers (you know, the ones who choose to spend their money there and provide her wages). My household will NOT be funding such a rude wench in future.
