We are from the NW burbs and went for the mystery dinner, a group of 14. Everything was awesome!! The show, the food, the rooms....were all terrific! Good "date night" for a couple or group...my hats off to the hotel and to The Dinner DetectiveRooms: Rooms were simple but very nice, my buddy had a balcony to sit and have a drink...Very Nice!!

Rooms at this one are needlessly large. I was flustered on arrival, and the service girls at the front desk were SO KIND to me! As a southern girl in for a business trip, I get a bit leery at traveling solo in big cities. Their kindness and banter made me feel at ease. The restaurant on site was phenomenal (go for the grilled chicken sandwich)!!

Overall equipment is old. It depends on the room, but there are some rooms where it is difficult to control the air conditioning. Also, the noise from the air conditioner and heater was loud.Although there are multiple outlets, there are a limited number of locations where they can be used, and on average only two locations can be used. The coffee maker also doesn't work every time or stops working halfway through.

Easily accessible from the highway. Friendly service. Beautiful rooms. My only complaint was the low toilets in the disabled accessible rooms. Everything else was A+.

I had the pleasure of staying at the double tree for a New Year's Eve weekend and it is a nice hotel . Clean the bed was cozy, nice size TV and very pet friendly. What I didn't like was the fact for breakfast there wasnt a choice of breakfast meat, I do not eat pork and I truly dislike that hotels do not honor customers who do not eat pork. If you are an establishment that serves food, you should consider customers that do not eat pork. I'm not going to pull the race card but what happens when Muslim or other ethic religion have an weekend event that do not eat pork, how do you accommodate those people? There should be a choice for non-pork eaters, turkey bacon/sausage or chicken sausage. I felt like the staff didn't care about my concerns and no one even tried to accommodate me or anyone else that did not eat pork. I just ended up going to Denny's when I shouldn't have had to when breakfast was included in my visit. The only reason I'm not giving a lower review is because they were pet friendly and my room was very cozy but if I had to rate breakfast it would be 1 ⭐. Times are changing and the hotel industry should change also .

First time at this DoubleTree, the staff was very friendly and inviting. They upgraded me to a corner suite (thank you). The suite was great. Very spacious.Corner private balcony, great water pressure, very comfy bed. My only complaint is the older wall unit ac/heaters. The one in my bedroom was a little noisy while trying to sleep.

Rooms were okay, nothing exceptionally gross or outstanding. But the people at the front desk were amazing! So nice and helpful. The pool was sketchy, and the lock on the door was duct taped

Flash back to the 70's. The hotel is outdated and shabby. The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress was cheap. The bathroom, specifically the grout in the shower was filthy as well as the carpet which had an odor. To be honest, the Hilton hotels tgat I've visted in the last year or so seem to all be outdated and dirty. This is why we decided to buy one of their time shares. This was my last time staying at any Hilton brand hotels.

As a diamond member I was upgraded to the presidential suite, which was way more than I needed, but still much appreciated. It has a standard guest bathroom off of a living room, dining area, and wet bar. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and a huge shower with 4 shower heads and 2 benches. Also a balcony with chairs, but it looked over a parking lot and faced the nearby highway. The back parking was accessible leaving the hotel but no easy way back in. I didn't find the ice machine on my floor but found it adjacent to the gym. Only snacks and beverages available are from a vending machine. The neighboring restaurant was convenient for dinner, dessert, and drinks.
