“I was referred to this store by an employee at Best Buy... who could not do the repair I needed on my iPhone 12 since my warranty/insurance was no longer active. I met 3 young techs during my visit. All were polite, efficient and seemed very knowledgeable. I got there right when they opened at 10AM. I needed new screen glass and a new protective glass cover. My phone was ready to go within the hour. I was very satisfied and would definitely come back should the need arise.”

“I have ONLY POSITIVE things to say about this business. They were assigned to fix a warranty claim on a brand new LG TV. Dimitri was excellent in repairing my TV. As soon as the part came in from LG he was over the next day to install it. He ended up fixing the TV on my bed as that was the best place to safely work on the big screen. The TV worked for a few hours and then was back to same issue. He was back the next day and diagnosed that it was a bad panel instead of a faulty motherboard. LG sent a new panel and once again the day after it arrived he was at my place to swap it out while a blizzard raged outside.”

“My brand new (18 days old!) LG dryer suddenly stopped heating, and LG sent L Electronics to fix it under warranty. I was nervous when I saw the many bad online reviews, but I had a very good experience. They sent two people, who arrived when exactly when they said would. They ended up having to disassemble the whole dryer, and discovered a sensor next to the igniter was broken. They had the part with them and replaced it within an hour. I now have a working dryer. LG (the appliance manufacturer) was a nightmare to deal with over the phone, and it's very frustrating to have a new appliance break, but no complaints with L Electronics, the local service company they sent to fix it”
