I left with a clean car, but the 1 star is for the huge scratch left on the hood of my car. The car wash was decently priced, but the cost to repaint my hood is going to be a lot more. Do not get your car washed here.

Hands down, the BEST car wash in the Northwest suburbs!!! I've been going to Northwest Auto Wash for over 30 years, and I have never been disappointed. Their staff is friendly and their attention to detail is amazing! They are the only car wash that I will bring my new Lexus to. Make sure you sign up for one of their month plans. Stop by this morning to get some gas.The lady at the counter has no respect to customers and should be re trained on better customers service.So re train her or fire her .Never going to earn my Business again. I would not recommend this gas station to anyone.

I go here all the time and they always do a good job. Before I get my car washed, I clean out all the money. Today I got. My car back and there was a dollar and some change in the cup holder. They found it on the floor and put it where I can see it... I'm always impressed with honesty, so here's my review. Thanks

My wheel wells we're caked with smelly dirt/garbage from driving through a garage dump. Mark power sprayed all the wells before sending the car through the wash. It came out spotless! A+ customer service and the best wash!!

The only place I take my vehicles! Fantastic service from beginning to the end of process. Very fair price plus free rewash on the platinum service level. The manager Mark makes this place hum & another gem is back in the detailing area, Mark the magician works his "magic" putting your car in better than showroom condition! Great management here. I pulled in as I was having an issue with my car. The cashier couldn't help but the manager, Mark, overheard me and immediately came to my rescue. Great guy! My new gas station of choice.
