Their milkshakes and ice cream are really good! Their flavors are flavorful. I also love how they have a beautiful outdoor setting with a butterfly habitat and a gazebo to chill in while you are enjoying your ice cream. Definitely worth it to come here!

This is a small store adjacent to a couple other storefronts in the downtown area. It was my first time there, going specifically for a certain product I heard about on Spotify. I pretty quickly found the product and was assisted by a middle-aged, blonde-haired female associate for the checkout. Repeatedly, she tried to upsell the product by mentioning a discount if I bought more, after I expressed I only wanted one. After continually going on about it, her final comment on what I was paying for while in the process of checking out ultimately makes me regret buying anything there at all. While the store had the product I wanted, and it was quite delicious, I won't return to this store with the uncomfortable environment it may be.

It was four days before Easter, and their inventory of all the chocolate bunnies was very plentiful. Got what I wanted. Their chocolate is the best.

This is my go to store for Fannie Mae candies . They always have a large selection of candies and pre-packaged items. The service is always outstanding and I always look foward to the complimentary piece of chocolate.

My sister went to this Fanny May right before Thanksgiving 2021 and made a big order for Christmas my mother had her order a 2# box of Fruit and Nut for my dad for Christmas. My father passed away Dec 6, so my family opened the candy on the 7th for each of us to eat a piece of my dads favorite candy. We found a lot of the top and the entire bottom layer filled with only cream filled and jelly filled candy. My sister went yesterday 8th to tell the store to tell them and to say they should be more careful when packing. They asked if the box was completely intact-really? How would we know if we didn't open it? All anyone could say I'm sorry. Get smart no one expected you to give the $60-$70 refund. But at the very least I think a #1 box of Fruits &Nuts should have been offered for the nearly half box of cremes which by the way are cheaper. Bad customer service. The large order will not be repeated ever. Why should we be loyal when you don't do the right thing!

I was there to purchase candy for my cousins to take back to California with them. They requested Mint Melt-A-Ways but they only wanted the the pure chocolate ones, not those that have the green coating. The young lady (very personable) working there was more than willing to create 4 one pound of just the chocolate ones for us!! While she did so, we looked around and found quite a few candies in commemorative boxes in various Chicago landscapes and baseball teams. We spent a good hour in the store and had a great time while we were there!!??
