Dale Hentrich is an amazing person and a great insurance agent. I really appreciate his always being available whenever I need help or call him, always being willing to give me the best help in the best way he can. I had an insurance related issue and he kindly helped me, even spending hours on the phone just for me, making sure he offers the best option for me rendering the best help. I didn't know much about insurance before but he helped me through step by step making sure I get the very help I need. I felt very comfortable the whole time I was talking to him. I'm very happy with all the help and service he provided and I'm very happy with the policy I purchased through him. If anyone is looking for a reliable and honest insurance agent, I strongly recommend Dale, he's the best insurance agent you could ask for!

Dale is always EXTREMELY helpful and wants the customer to be clear of their coverage and benefits. He is the reason I like Farmers. I have gotten used to such great service now, the days of some distant agent I hardly ever hear from is in the past. I feel lucky to have him as my agent.

Our Farmers Agent, Dale Hentrich, is always responsive to our questions. He was particularly helpful in processing our claim last year when we had damage to our home from a falling tree branch, putting us in touch with a claims agent right away and following up to see that our claim was proceeding smoothly. This really helped to make the experience much less painful and get repairs done fast. Great service!

Most importantly he is responsive and has always gotten back to me the same day and more often it's within a couple of hours. Although I haven't had the need to file a claim, Mr. Hentrich has been extremely helpful answering my questions about my policy and helping me to get the best price. He actually contacted me a while ago about the possibility of saving me some more money on my policy and he did so without any prompting from me. I've never had an agent do that for me before and it really impressed me. He's knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I've been dealing with Mr. Hentrich now for several years for my insurance needs. It always amazes me that when I call him and say Hi Dale, it's that time of year again. He knows who I am and there is no need to go into detail about why I'm calling. Dale is very personable and very dependable.
