I came in to have my old engagement ring appraised so I could potentially sell it and Katie was extremely helpful! I had no info about the ring specs and if it was certified, she found the number of the diamond through the microscope and gave me all the information I needed! 10000% recommend. Awesome customer service. I came I came in the last minute to get a battery watch changed. They were so accommodating. I've been here in the past they always do such a great job at a reasonable price. They are an absolute gem in the center of Arlington heights and the lady who helped me January 2nd was so sweet.

Magnificent experience! I cannot recommend this team enough. They had a ring on display that was close to what I was looking for but I wanted a larger center diamond, which meant the surrounding diamonds had to be expanded. What they created was better than I could have ever imagined!! TOTALLY NAILED IT!!
