My laptop was sitting in water overnight. Best Buy agent verified it was dead, but was able to retrieve my programs, etc and transfer to my new laptop. Agent very professional and thorough in his assessments.

Helped unlock a phone with a partially non-working screen.. by connecting a keyboard to it through an extra cable. It worked, and I was able to transfer data. Thank you!

I stopped by today with an issue with my Sony camera that wasn't working correctly and the employee was nice enough to take his time out to show me what wasn't working correctly and way to work around it. This in effect, saved me money and added knowledge to my situation. I appreciate the honestly here!
