It's a nice Goodwill & they very large selection of clothing however, smaller section of Home goods. There are not signs indicating types of clothing or for men or woman which side of the store is on. overall, I found some good things today. Spend more time in here than I wanted to.

I noticed these little black boxes popping up in Goodwill stores all over Northern Illinois. They turned up towards the end of the Covid era. They pump out air freshener that makes the entire store smell like an old lady. I don’t know how else to describe it. The smell is so strong you can taste it. I just walked out of the Goodwill on Algonquin Road and I can still smell it on me. I was in there for less than two minutes.
Just an observation from a constant Goodwill shopper. Aside from that I love Goodwill. Keep up the good work.

I just have to say the Indian girl Mia at the front was so sweet and helpful, honestly the ONLY good part of my visit. The prices are absolutely outrageous now! Everything is ridiculously overpriced and there’s no more 50% off!! Disappointing though I will say the staff was all very nice 👍

The Indian cashier is extremely rude and useless. You can tell she’s miserable at her job just by looking at her face.

The issue I have with this store is that ot always feels like an extended wait time in line checking out. They typically only have one cashier work. It's very frustrating!!!

I would like to give this place a 3-star rating so that they can continue operating. However, everything seems to be overpriced, considering that the items are donated and used. Some items even have a horrible smell. I suggest lowering the prices so that those in need can afford them. I speak on behalf of everyone who loves to shop at the goodwill store. Also, I had a frustrating experience while waiting at the cashier. The cashier informed me that I was on the wrong side. It would be helpful to have clear signage directing customers to the entrance and cashier.

Do not go here. This specific location has raised their prices dramatically. $10 for a pre-owned shirt with holes in it is a joke. Go to other locations.

This store was overpriced but the staff member named Bay was super nice, she helped me carry my stuff to the car as it was really heavy. She's super nice and most definitely deserves some kind of acknowledgment for her kindness!
