“I tried out this location's 3 free classes and did traditional barre, strength and Beyonce vs. Britney barre. Lots of variety in terms of class formats - including Tabata, HIIT, kick boxing and more - and although that's not really my style and I like to stick to conventional barre exercises, it's great if you're looking to switch things up from week to week. Super clean facilities with lockers, a kids' room and a water fountain on site. My only qualm is that instructors could be a little more hands on when adjusting form if patrons express they're comfortable with physical touch; sometimes, gently moving someone's feet or hands is all it takes to ensure they're properly executing a movement. Also, I love the dark blue lighting in the studio!”

“I like the fact that this place is close to my house, it’s affordable, and I love the amenities like the massage chairs and tanning beds. I can recommend it to any regular Joe looking for a clean place to work out in that they can afford. Give it a shot.”
“The place is clean! The bathrooms are clean! And I'm glad they've disinfectant wipes! I come around 5-6pm so it's a bit crowded and I have to wait to use certain machines but I don't mind as the wait is never too long! If you're planning on starting to working out, do so!! Everyone's in their own world, & nobody's focused on anyone else. & everyone's there to support you!”

“Love this gym! I moved to Arlington Heights and was looking for a great place nearby, and Fitness 19 checks all the boxes. The facility is always spotless, the equipment is top-notch and well maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better gym experience.”
